As order was placen easy - delivery took long time.
After receiving conformation when I'llk receive my parcel - arrived after scheduled/booked day.
Eventually arrived 2 days later.

My order arrived with the outer parcel completely open. The parcel had been taped closed, but it was clear that it had opened during transit. Although the hair dye and developer inside appeared to be sealed and undamaged, I was disappointed that the parcel had been delivered in this condition.

I contacted Notino to raise the issue. My request for a refund of the £2.99 delivery charge was declined. After I telephoned to discuss the matter, I was offered a store voucher instead, which was later increased to £6 after I continued to pursue my complaint.

The voucher, however, was only valid for three months and could only be redeemed against a future purchase. I requested a refund of the delivery charge instead, as I had paid for a delivery service that resulted in my parcel arriving completely open.

I was informed that Notino’s system could not process a refund of the delivery charge while I kept the order. The alternative offered was to return the entire order. I was advised that I would need to pay the return postage upfront, after which the returned items would be assessed before a decision was made regarding a refund or replacement. Although I was told the return postage would be reimbursed, I would still have been out of pocket while the assessment took place.

The customer service representatives were polite and responsive throughout. However, I was disappointed that the final resolution relied on a time-limited store voucher or returning the entire order for assessment, rather than refunding the delivery charge for a parcel that had arrived completely open.

I hope Notino reviews both its packaging standards and its approach to resolving delivery-related complaints.

Dreadful experience
Ordered some perfume, to which I returned , as I strongly believed it was counterfeit
They asked me to return it along with proof of postal fees
Stating they would refund in full
They only refunded the cost of the actual perfume and stopped responding to my emails
So in effect
Left me out of pocket
I would avoid this business at all costs
Unless you want a fragrance that lasts less than five minutes on ur skin!

Great find on the internet , got just what I was looking for. Will no doubt purchase again.

I placed my order on 3 July 2026 and paid for next-day delivery, plus an extra £0.50 for Priority Complaint handling. My parcel did not arrive until 13 July 2026, and I received no explanation for the delay.

When it finally arrived, several items were missing, one product box was empty, and the eyeshadow palette was completely smashed.

I reported the issue on 13 July and have provided photos and evidence at least five times. Since then, different customer service agents have replied every 4–5 working days asking the same questions and requesting the same information already provided.

Despite numerous emails over the past three weeks, I have still not received a refund or a proper resolution. I paid for products I never received, next-day delivery that was not honoured, and a Priority Complaint service that proved completely useless.

Poor customer service, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Fast effective delivery would recommend, product's and excellent value

This is the only site that sells my favourite sun tan lotion much cheaper than in Spain, and it is Spanish, plus I’ve discovered a wonderful range of sun face protection that is really good. I also like the discovery boxes for both fragrance and skin care.

The process was simple and easy to complete. Find your fragrance, place the order and the goods arrive in good time.
Very good prices on fragrances you love.

Excellent Trustworthy Website, order was delivered timely since i ordered aftershave thrice.
3rd time i didn’t like the smell of the that aftershave CDNIM so i just simply selected returned the opened box 🗃️.
Even though i paid for return postage still it’s worth it.
My amount refunded within 5 days.

Product “delayed in sorting” for weeks. Still not arrived.

I am really disappointed with my parfume, the smell doesn’t last longer than 5 minutes, when you apply it barely smells at all, after 5-10 minutes you can’t even tell you sprayed any parfume on you, no one can notice as well. It feels like I threw 80£ in the water. I contacted to the customer service and no reply so far

Terrible experience.

Placed an order - never arrived although Evri said it had been delivered. Immediately took it up with Notino customer services and I got an automated message that they are too busy to respond immediately. A month later and they still haven't responded to me despite multiple chases.

They have taken my money, not delivered anything and are now ghosting me. Terrible experience, will never use again.

Starry nights was not long lasting as the original, feels like its spam, not going to buy from notino again.
