From the ordering to the end product, I couldn’t be happier. I’ve worked around infrared & Chromotherapy products so did a lot of research before deciding on Nook. It arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected & the boys were great doing the install, explained everything.
Only been installed for a week but I’m already feeling the benefits (for me it was joint stiffness) blood pressure has also gone down. Haven’t had a migraine this week either.

Have only good things to say about the Nook sauna and the team. Purchasing and liaison was easy. They were friendly, accommodating of my requirements and answered questions. The installation guys were professional and efficient. They installed quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They also explained how to use it and gave some tips. The Sauna itself is wonderful and so easy to use. I can play my meditation music through Blue-tooth, with a choice of lights and levels of heat. I thoroughly recommend.

Great product, very fast turnaround time, they assembled and position the sauna in place, showed us how to use it and took all the rubbish away, all within 30 minutes.

From initial contact via email with questions regarding the best sauna for our family to the ordering and installation process Nook were flawless. Absolutely amazing experience throughout. Highly recommend Nook to anyone that is seriously interested in a fantastic product without the stress.

We have only had our Nook sauna one week and it is amazing. Customer service was excellent. Delivery and installation by the lovely guys they set it up and even took all the rubbish away.
We are an active family and you use this for recovery and we are having the best nights sleep also.
We love the Bluetooth radio speaker.

We absolutely love our sauna and found the entire process from ordering (also had a lovely personal experience given this was purchased as a late Xmas present - the team gave me a voucher to wrap up) to the delivery. Communication was excellent and the guys installing it were loving, fast and super helpful! Absolutely recommend

Caroline & her team were brilliant from the day I first contacted them & then bombarded them with heaps of questions over several weeks.

They answered them all & based on my (extensive!) research I chose to go with Nook …they were professional, affordable & small enough to still retain the personal touch.

Choosing the model of sauna I wanted was easy online. From there everything ran like clockwork. Prompt delivery, quick assembly, informative educational by the experienced delivery team - and more importantly - the sauna itself is brilliant! We love it!!!

We got the Nook Core (2 person) sauna. WOW we love it! Was easy to install (as we don't live in a capital city). Heats up quickly and I love the feature of the outside sauna lights.

We absolutely love our Nook Sauna - we got the 2 person Elite. I already feel like I’m sleeping better and the kids are visibly relaxed after a session. Initially I wasn’t sure what size to order but I found the Nook customer support service (Carolin) so helpful and informative. The delivery / installation guys were professional, helpful and tidy - such a bonus having someone else to deliver it and build it for us! It’s beautifully finished and substantial. Highly recommend Nook Saunas!
