Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They claimed wonderful comfort and benefits for a pair of summer sandals. When they eventually arrived they were just cheap, basic sandals, not specialised and uncomfortable. I returned them the same day and had to pay over £11 for the postage to Macedonia. I have never had the refund. I have emailed them but they say I have to prove I posted them which after several months, I can't. It is outrageous that their system can't keep abreast of their stock and this duty lies with me - while they keep my money and the sandals. Don't buy from them.

Terrible company. Do not use SCAM.

This company is a sham and a scam. Don't order from them. They say they are a UK company., but they get items from abroad which are cheap materials. If you want to return items they expect you to pay to send them back. It's a scam. I've been left £60 out of pocket which I can ill afford.Not happy! Do not use this company.
