They decided to close my account as I was sometimes using 'other not listed' retailers! I have uploaded to their specified retailers as well so cannot find a reason for their course of action. Would not recommend!

I was scanning receipts regularly. When reached to first level when I could get voucher, my points were deducted from balance, but voucher was never sent to me. Checked my mail box 3 times before I sent querry 2 weeks after points were deducted, Ibwas informed they are dealing with my case. Another 2 weeks went past and still not voucher, when queried it again, following first email correspondence, I was advised to start it over again. Waste of time they are! 0 % recommendation from me!

Their service is garbage... their hardware is even worse. They pester you all the time, and the rewards are horrible. I think this company probably makes more money sending people to collections for their garbage hardware than anything else. They are a scam and go out of their way to cause problems in people's lives.
Stay away from this company unless you want them tontry and ruin your credit for hardware that is worthless.

This platform has been a complete waste of time. They keep creating one problem after another just to delay sending the voucher. It feels like a scam. They chase you relentlessly if you miss anything, but when it’s their turn to deliver, they stall and waste your time. Now that I realize it might be a scam, I’m genuinely concerned about how they might use the personal information I provided. I will definitely be reporting them for fraud to the appropriate authorities.horrible ...legit scam

I was issued a new scanner on March 18th, but it refused to poll/transmit to NIQ, I carried on scanning & May 14th it did connect to NIQ, So lost all points, May 11,18th,25th & June 1st all say Empty poll, so yet again I loose out NO Points all down to a faulty scanner.

The app didn't open so I couldn't log my purchases. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. And, when I try to log on I get a communication error that tells me to contact the Helpdesk. I'm in Australia, it's impossible to locate the Helpdesk contact details - either by phone or email. How do I contact the Helpdesk?

Do not suvey through any app if it is NIQ. It doesn’t give points. Do not . Worst company . I surveyed your company’s through branded . But it made my time wasted and intentionally closed survey after getting my information. Compensate me.

Continually nag you to buy more things than you want to buy. If you use the "no shopping option" they call to check it's true. If you haven't spent what they think you should spend they call you. It's every few days sometimes. Robotic and annoying help desk calls. Have you bought anything..no..Not even milk ..still no...bread? They pretty much accuse you of lying/being an imbecile each and every week. They appear to want to skew actual real shopping data for something that they'd rather you input. Not good for either us or the data collector

So I joined a few months ago been going on a weekly basis uploading my receipts. Went In today and it says account closed. Checked my emails and apparently because I hadn't uploaded any receipts for a while my account was closed. Yet I uploaded receipts last week and wasn't aware of any issues. Total scam

I have been with them scanning for about 10 years if not longer
At present cause times are tough and we are struggling we do not spend has much money,sometimes only £50-£80 every 2 weeks.
They decided to cancel my account without telling me.When I complained someone rang me and said they couldn't re-instate it has it had already been cancelled basically because I don't spend enough for the amount of people in my household.Told them that's because we are struggling so basically you want me to make out I spend more, which is not a true reflection of what people are spending,she then tried to backtrack and go no no we just want what you spend which is not what she said a few minutes ago
Also said they phoned me and left voice messages.None of which they did

Avoid at all cost. I didn't used the app for a few days due to not going shopping and they have rang me 9 times (all of different numbers) and left me 8 voicemails in the space of 4 days. I have been blocking evey number and complained but yet they still ring

The new upgrade to the app constantly freezes when scanning, i have un installed as instructed, allowed all permissions and it still crashes
I am using an iphone 16 pro with 18.3 ios
For ref i also installed on my wifes phone and iphone 15p ro with the same ios 18.3 and the issue is exactly the same.
Please roll back to previous app
Latest update on March 6th still freezes camera I'm afraid

Bad experience with these people.. I'm sure they sell your personal information because after I joined I started getting random emails and phone calls for things I'd never enquired about. They ring you all the time and I've emailed them to tell them to stop today as I'm sick off it. Delete my information too.
