I have been using the scanning panel for 2 years now I have accumulated over £200 in vouchers however I tend to only scan my main food shop each week I've recently started scanning everything and its going up alot quicker

Very poor customer service. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I missed submitting for one week and immediately started receiving chasing alerts, which felt unnecessary and stressful. When I contacted customer service to resolve it, I was left waiting for a long time. Overall, a frustrating experience and not user-friendly at all.

I have used this app for years, first of all it started with my daughter, with the hand held scanner, she then got married and moved away so I opened my own account and it's brilliant. I downloaded the app onto my phone and it's so easy to scan all items I buy, anywhere I buy them. It's second nature now to do this scanning and the rewards are fair. I tend to save up my points throughout the year and around xmas time I convert the points into vouchers to do my xmas shopping. It really takes the expense down a lot. When I order the vouchers they come through really quickly and within minutes they are ready to spend. What's not to like for a minute or 2 of your time every time you shop?

Registered for trial with Nielseniq. Completed all the requirements. Received an email stating that I would receive a voucher after completing all the requirements.
No voucher received. I emailed at least 3 times to support, and nobody responded.
Wasted my time participating, and I didn’t get compensated.

Where do I start, tried to update my contact details with customer service, was advised that they have completed my updated details. Lies! I had to phone up again to update to which was told my details to Which given was incorrect. Was told to send in identification to complete verification, which completed.
Then to receive a email to say they are closing my account, and I have 90 days to withdraw my points. I emailed NielsenIQ to request my points to be released to claim my gift card. Then the agent replied saying im unable to gain my points and unable to claim my gift card as my account is closing. Absolute loads of lies this company tells customers. They expect you to waste time scanning shopping, give you points which takes months to gain enough points, then close account.
If I was anyone who reading this I would not at all be using this company, stay away from them.

I used to get newsletters every month with details of everything including my rewards now I don’t get any updates, I have tried to connect to the website, but no good I am asked to change my password which I have tried on several occasions no luck there so rang their helpline, but tried again and still nothing, also the first scanner I had I had no problems. A month ago I received a new scanner and it seems to have a mind of its own and works when it wants to and is hard to use and takes a lot longer. I hope this will be sorted shortly thank you

I used this app for a few weeks at the begining of last year, got bored and stopped using it as it is a slow process. I was fine until I started relieving calls from them daily, kept asking them to remove my number and blocked each number they called on but they kept calling

I applied for my gift card on Oct 30. It was an invalid Visa card that didn't work. Visa confirmed it was invalid and when I uploaded to amazon they sent a email saying the card was invalid. I have sent countless emails and called a few times but didn't get any help either way. Everyone passes it on to some other department. No one wants to give me a rewards card that works!!!! don't waste your time. this company needs new management.

I love this app ! I’ve been with them 2 years and they have significantly helped towards my Christmas ! I scan everything! The vets prescriptions petrol the LOT and each Christmas I have enough points to get Amazon vouchers ! AND it’s done straight away when you redeem them ! I couldn’t be happier with this app ! A little bit of effort but fab rewards!

Got points through for a £30 voucher, only to realise that when went to use it argos could scan voucher code so I was very annoyed after adding receipts in for a con voucher that u can't use . Very disappointing service will be reporting to Google 2moro, This is a Fraudulent app to make u think u will get a voucher but in the end no store is accepting and voucher at all

Contacted them through there app as i had tried multiple times to redeem vouchers but it would not let me access that section. Received a few replies followed them step by step but still nothing would not let me access. Then out of the blue they messaged and using there words were "terminating" my account as i was not not meeting there standards ie not uploading enough for them.
So i contacted them again today and was on messaging with Sandra who i thought wanted to help ?. But the back and forth game started eventually after asking more than once she issued a gift voucher to me ???? which will take weeks to arrive in the hope that i forget about it because in reality its not being sent at all. Then a notifications popped up and Titled from Sandra calling me" Dear Ming" , so i questioned this but Sandra didnt like me calling her out on it and tried to ignore my questions about it and then said it was to another member. Pack of lies then followed but by this time the screenshots were stored by me. I wont ever receive my vouchers and will never recommend anyone to join there Site they are the most unprofessional disgraceful Company whos app i am very happy to uninstall .( Quick update my emails have just been sent back as there email does not exsist anymore lol.)

Wow this app is shocking I scan my shopping most weeks and am saving up for a gift card however one week when I go on nearly all of my points have been taken for a starbucks gift card that id didn't order I have contacted them 7 times about this issue of fraudulent activity happening on there app and they simply dont care I asked if there was anything they could do as the gift voucher is not used and still has rhe full amount on it they said they will add back on the points for me however have never actually done that have emailed and phoned multiple times about this issue doe not use this app as it is a scam!

Would never recommend this bunch to anyone. I was scanning receipts, using the awful app and I missed two weeks. I was then bombarded with endless calls and texts demanding to know why, and telling me to scan everything. Was made to feel utterly degraded. There’s no room in the programme for you to miss a week or two, what happens if you buy nothing for a whole week? You guessed it, they call, text and harass you.
The take away-don’t do it. The time it takes to input all the items on their terrible app versus the pittance they give you means it’s not worth it even when you’re not being endlessly called to explain yourself.

“Reaching out” isn’t being called incessantly for days and days, with borderline rude voicemails being left, as well as being bombarded by texts. You make it sound as though you were reasonable but in no way were you.
I don’t have any suggestions for you, but I do for anyone looking at these reviews considering becoming a part of NielsenIQ-DON’T DO IT, the hassle alone isn’t worth it.

As a registered UK publisher with a full 100-ISBN block purchased directly from Nielsen, I am shocked at how unprotected these ISBNs are.
Here is the reality:
Despite paying for unique ISBNs, many were already in use by other people’s books long before I purchased the block. Some titles were published years earlier by self-publishers who had no legal right to use them.
Nielsen Title Editor does not prevent this. Instead, it forces me into a slow “claim” process, one ISBN at a time, with endless screenshots, proofs, and back-and-forth emails. Out of 100 ISBNs, I have only managed to reclaim a handful — and only after wasting weeks.
Even after updating a record, Nielsen still leaves wrong titles visible in feeds (e.g., Amazon and IngramSpark), meaning customers end up receiving unrelated books.
The entire point of paying for ISBNs is to guarantee uniqueness and protect ownership. Yet Nielsen allows external distributor feeds (Ingram, Lulu, Biblio, Amazon) to overwrite ISBNs, making their system meaningless.
The support process is equally disappointing. Responses take days, issues drag on for weeks, and there is no way to bulk-reclaim or secure your entire block. Every book has to be fought for individually.
This is not just a nuisance it directly damages my business. Customers get wrong books, authors lose trust, and publishers are left unable to use the ISBNs they legally purchased.
The ISBN system is supposed to be a safeguard. Right now, under Nielsen, it is a broken, insecure database that leaves legitimate publishers at risk.
Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active.
