Certificate from course was not immediately available.
Certificate from course was not immediately available. It has been several weeks now and I still do no have it. I was unable to get the discount on my insurance because of it and I paid for the class on top of that. A refund would be appreciated.

I used this program three years ago and I was surprised at what a good experience I had.
This time around it was the same, maybe better.
The option to do it at home and to stop and start whenever you needed to made it very convenient.

It didn’t work
It didn’t work. I had a problem the first day and I contacted you and you wouldn’t give me your money back, so I’m definitely not recommending you to anyone ever. I took it somewhere else and it was working and easy to use. This was my worst user experience.

The material was informative but in the beginning there were statements made making it uncomfortable. I was more concerned about being able to continue than I was about answering questions.

Too Much Time Required
While a lot of the material is repetitive a lot of it is worth reviewing. The only negative thing I would say about it is the amount of time that it takes to complete the course. There is no other part of the qualifying stage (learner’s permit, driving test) that requires this much effort. So I think it’s WAY TOO MUCH time.
