I was unable to find a clear estimate of how much yearly income my pension will provide in retirement. For a pension provider, this should be one of the easiest figures to access. This makes retirement planning unnecessarily difficult.

I first got in touch with nest back in February and all my correspondence i had with them everyone I spoke yo had a, different answer they didn't know, anything.
Took over 4 months to my retirement pot.
Which is an absolute joke

Sure I can’t give a comment as all of this is new to me and if this helps I’m glad I have this for when It comes that time to retire I have this to fall on to help. But for me a little more communications from use on how things are doing would be helpful but other than that I have no complaints

I wanted 25% out of nest pen couldn’t get there messages as they was jPeg or something similar so couldn’t read them I sent name of bank and the rest of the information they said they wanted in jpeg or similar so at brick wall when t I sorted it with my workplace they said the bank details wasn’t going through. I said probably that branch closed but the account is still active I had wages and pit pension going through it. So I opened another account with another bank sent details but they wanted a bank statement I said I’ve only just opened it hence to say three months still nowt. What a waste of time so to say how they doing CRAP is the answer

Terrible was told originally that I couldn't take money from my pension potby a person on telephone so I took a small loan out then I went online and found out I could take money from my pension pot only, I took under 25 percent of government free allowance only for next to tax me on it?
