Poor quality correspondence. Wasteful postage communications
It took some time to have a representative on the call.
When I requested branded, printed copies of pension information, this was sent over 10 days later and missed the lower section off the paper so missed 5 months of data
I called to request a duplicate set as could not use for .gov.uk purposes and have still not received it!
Instead I received 5 posted hardcopies of a letter to tell me that I had updated my beneficiary details. Each one the same and 2-3 pieces of paper and envelope.
Seems very wasteful and inefficient as a way of communicating a change I conducted in seconds online

Communication with the Nest pension team with me was excellent, I got help and guidance with all my questions and plus they help and guided me step by step on how too transferr my other pensions into Nest. Fantastic experience so thank-you.
