Worst Customer Service Ever Experienced
I won't slam the book it's self here. It has upside and decent amount of options. My issue is the Customer Service. This has to be the worst i've ever seen across a dozen plus Sportsbooks. Asked a simple question and got an ambiguous response to which i followed on and received a different response. Bradley from Ireland seemed to have 0 idea what was happening at Neobet and as I asked politely for clarification, he became extremely rude and pushed for me to leave the chat.
No excuse for terrible Customer service. It's the easiest part of business ownership.

They say they have the german sportbetting licence but they arent protecting their players like they have to. They wont help, they are very rude. Dont deposit!

They can't pay out big earnings, they have problem with withdrawals. They look for an excuse,they delay the verification processes and then they void the bets at the end. Not to trust at all. Don't "throw" your money there, one or another way you will lose them. They even call me to ask which bets I placed and asking about the games detailed questions!! Be careful with NEOBET, big scam!
