really bad...i gave a chance to this site because they solved a problem before. but then any withdrawal i wanna make there are excuses in order to take as long as a week to just start doing the withdrawal. so when they say 1 / 3 days working days!, it will begin only when they confirmed ur deposit. so basically they tell u u have been betting on credit. i did my transfer with sofort/klarna. wiich is an insta transfer. surprise not for them. so now i made a deposit last friday...i made some money they are asking me to wait for the transfer to be confirmed by sofort.
answer from the costumer service Leo #As I said, if you want your withdrawal to be proceed quicker you have to choose another deposit method than SOFORT.#
