Winamax is by far the worst platform…

BIG SCAMMERS! This platform needs to be investigated. Winamax is by far the worst platform I’ve ever played on. I’ve been playing poker for years, and the number of bad beats I get on Winamax, especially after a win or two—is unbelievable. Whether it’s AA, AK, KK, or AQ, it doesn’t matter how strong your hand is, you’re almost guaranteed to lose. You will get like 15 straight bad beats and then 1 win, and then another 10 or 15 straight bad beats. It's insane.

What really stands out is how often my strong hands get cracked by weak ones. For example, if I have AK and my opponent has A5, they somehow always catch that 5, or some other random card to win. I lose in these situations around 90% of the time.

To sum it up: you might feel tempted to deposit again and chase a win, but you’ll almost certainly end up losing to another ridiculous bad beat right away.

Lot of bots...

Winamax has been criticized for its questionable practices. Many users claim to encounter bot-driven behavior on the site, which undermines the integrity of the games. Meanwhile, I found platforms like Chilistakes and Rollbit stand out for their engaging user experience and consistently reliable gameplay.

They ignore my emails and owe me over 1000 EUR.
I had to create a new account because of some laws but now they will close it as they refuse to accept my verification documents even though they are complete and correct. Same documents they have accepted in the past for my old account.
I still haven't received my money and do not get any information at all. They just ignore all my emails.

They have my money for more than 3 months

I am Brazilian and had an account with Winamax.fr. On June 5th I received an email informing me that my account should be transferred to Winamax.es and that my funds would be automatically transferred to my account used for deposit (Skrill).

I completed the process of transferring my account to Winamax.es, as described in the email, but I did not receive my funds. I contacted support, who informed me that the transfer could not be made via Skrill, information contrary to the information in the email I had previously received. They informed me that I would need to open an account in a European bank to receive my money, and that I would need a European IBAN with a certificate of ownership. Fortunately, I had an account with Wise.

Instead of paying the full amount, they decided to make the payment in 2 pieces and after receiving the first one, Wise closed my account, informing me that receiving money from Winamax was against Wise's terms of use (Winamax support itself had recommended that I use Wise to receive the money).

Now, I can't receive the rest of the payment because European banks don't open accounts for Brazilians and Winamax refuses to make the payment through any other method, which makes no sense.

This is the same as stealing my money, because they offer as the only payment method an option that is not viable.

Please, avoid playing at Winamax.

I have played on Winamax for some time now. Dating even back to 2013. I actually like the games and software - all good and would love to continue playing as games are profitable but there is absolutely no incentive to do so if you can't withdraw your winnings. I'm trying hard to verify my IBAN's for couple real and well known banks, but just get the same message - they can't find my full name and IBAN on the bank statement. If pigeon has 8 years old kid brains - I believe pigeon would be able easy to find my name and clearly written IBAN on the statement. Different statements, different banks - support still can't manage to do this task successfully. Of course, I'm not stupid and totally understand what they are trying to do - to not pay out winnings the same way as many complaints here in reviews. It's actually shocking how this can be possible - come'on they are regulated, they have license. First time in 15 years I encounter something like this. Sadly I have to agree to people here saying that Winamax is scam. Ignore bad luck reviews, but there are just too many reviews of people trying to get money out. Just why? Why they try to ruin their business? It's just 315 euros.

Very bad platform.

Very bad platform.

I've been playing for years among Italian exchange and by now in France considering that I've been living here and working in Luxembourg for 2 years.

They blocked my account with no real reason but just their assumption despite the fact I provided them all my documents and explanation (neither it was a fiscal agency).
They still have 4000€ and the support reply more than 24 hours without providing you any assistance.

Really not advised to play on this platform
