Large prints don’t look good, frame damaged , beware of large custom tax

Ordered a large print costing over £500 , no clear instructions that the could be a large customs component on it. Customer was about £170, wrote to them , no help. The painting arrived quite flimsily packed for a large painting and the frame chipped. Have written to them will update this review based on response. The quality of the print if quite bad I think it because of size I don’t think these prints have the pixel design that support large size prints.

Update 09/jan : Got a very polite response from the company that they will ship me a replacement and a request to update the review. After some back and forth they have clarified that they will take care of the import duties for this shipment. I have yet to receive the shipment, i will update once I receive it.

Update 01 Feb - all resolved they sent back a new print and paid for the customs. I had to though figure a way to dispose of the large print and frame 2 x 1.5 m not easy. But atleast fixed the problem. Thanks

I have been communicating with Neibac…

I have been communicating with Neibac via email for 3 weeks trying to return my prints- they simply don’t work well in my house. I have several emails from them that appear to be delay tactics as they ask me the same questions that I have previously answered and now they won’t respond at all. Very frustrating experience and I would definitely not recommend unfortunately.

DO NOT buy from this company

I purchased from this company via Instagram, where no T&C's were provided. I therefore didn't anticipate the customs charges. I contacted them and we reached an agreement to remedy this. They then lied on PayPal - stating I was a regular customer who had never complained before, when I'd never purchased from this company previously, and then told me I must have mistranslated it!! I am now struggling to secure a refund of the £300 I paid to them, and they are not being helpful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Discount Not Honored

I placed an order on Black Friday and forgot to enter the 22% discount code. I contacted customer service within seconds of placing the order to ask if they could apply the discount retroactively. Instead of simply adjusting the order, they told me the discount would only be applied to my next purchase.

As someone who also runs an online store, I know this is a very standard request that most businesses are happy to accommodate. Refusing to apply the discount, especially when contacted immediately, shows poor customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed, which is why I’m leaving this review.

Do not purchase from this business. Like so many other reviews, I did not receive my item and now they are making it very difficult to obtain a refund. Don’t waste your time or money.

Incredible Service!

I don’t usually write reviews, but the service from this shop was incredible. I really wanted a specific large canvas but with some customisation, they made multiple edits for me until finding the right one, didn’t charge any extra for the edits, and the canvas is amazing quality.

I will 100% order from these again, first class service and a fantastic product

SENT ME A PIECE OF CRAP PAINTING THE QUALITY WAS DISGSUTING WOULDNT HAVE PAID £5 FOR IT!

wont issue refund
can't send it back to Italy because too expensive
they wont collect it
they forced me to pay the difference for a second painting but never shipped it and refused to ship it and also refusing me a refund. FRAUDSTERS!!!!!! BEWARE OF THEM

DON’T BUY FROM NEIBAC

DON’T BUY FROM NEIBAC! I wish I could give 0 stars! First of all we get an import bill of £70 which the website didn’t tell us about. Then the painting arrived looking nothing like the website. It was not 3D but a flimsy piece of see through paper. I contacted them the day it was delivered and they refused the return. I’m now stuck with a terrible picture and I’ve lost £400!

Great Company

Lovely company to deal with. We went for the over painting on the canvas, so took 3 weeks (which we were informed) and was updated several times.
The artwork on arrival was beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

Horrible experience with them avoid at all costs!

We purchased 4 items and got them 3 months later without any explination for the delay.
Then 2 of the items were delivered without frames so we paid for the shippment back so that they can add them. We did not receive them back and they are are refusing any refund. We exchanged 10 mails + and it seems like it is just random guy in his basement running them.

Fast and perfect…

Beautiful addition to my home

Yeah, as so many have said about the custom charges, I was also surprised by this. These are not altogether clear on the website and should be printed in BOLD on the payment page!
However, I am very pleased with my canvases, they look amazing on my stairwell wall.
