Highly irresponsible team! I had paid for canvas with frame. They delivered only canvas… upon following up they allegedly say that they have shipped the frame, which has never reached me. And now they are not taking any responsibility of correcting their mistake or refunding my money!

I made my order over a month ago and still haven’t recived my painting. I have sent e-mails several times but no answer. The invoice due date is passed by a week! The last time, I wrote that I want to cancel my order and I will not pick up my package of it arrives in the future…

The painting looks exactly like it does on the website. We are very happy with it. It was delivered later than the stated 3 to 4 days, but that could also be due to delivery in Spain.
They failed to mention at any point in the checkout process that I would be charged another 40% on top as import charges. Also watch out for postage charges jumping when you enter a discount code. Postage was £20 for an item I wanted , but on entering a code to get me £24 off, the price of postage jumped by £16! I’ve tried to email them and they have denied any responsibility for what’s happened and now aren’t answering my replies. I’ve contacted my bank to block / reclaim payment. I would avoid.

Delay, delay, delay and noone responds to the mail.
Quality is perfect but deadlines are wrong.
5 days of delivery may become 20 days and nobody responds in the mail.

Do not buy from this company. What you receive is extremely sub par quality compared to what they represent on their website. They then hide behind the product being personalised to claim they cannot return it. The options they provide are not individually bespoke and will be regularly repeated with future orders as they are available to all customers. They offer an exchange in "extreme circumstances" (their words) which suggests clearly they would take the product back and resell it. However they are adamant their products are top quality even though the images I provided clearly show the poor attempt to supply what they advertise online. Also be wary of additional import tax into the UK which 25% of the product price on top. If I could score 0 based upon the overall experience I would. I have raised a claim under section 75 as they have refused to help.
Added Jan 26 - Great news the section 75 claim was successful and the bank agreed that the product was substandard and refunded me. Now these idiots are trying to ask me to pay for it again as its not right I have the painting and the money back. I have suggested that they can arrange collection of the painting at their cost but they seem to wilfully ignore that. They have 0 understanding of consumer rights at all. I repeat do not deal with this company.

Update: the order ist delivered now. The frame is slightly warped. Otherwise, the picture is very nice.
We are waiting for our order for several weeks, even though a delivery time of 3-4 days was stated. We received no response to our email inquiry.

The painting was delivered damaged (packaging and corners impacted) and the overall quality is not acceptable compared to what was advertised online. I reported the issue the same day I received it.
the customer service is now refusing a refund, claiming this was a “personalized” product. But it was a purchase was made online, and it was not possible to assess the quality before delivery.
Also, I did not order a customized/personalized item (unless you can provide written proof that it was personalized as defined in your terms and by applicable consumer law). Actually I just chose the size and thar’s
10 e-mails was sent, daily messages with their service but with no answer.
I will escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities and/or my payment provider (chargeback).
The picture we purchased is fantastic and of the highest quality. We were kept informed during the shipping process and the packaging kept the picture totally safe. Would highly recommend this company for the quality of the product and service

The painting has never arrived.
We ordered the 1st of October to have it for our housewarming in the middle of October, now it’s the 14th of December, two and 1/2 months after we ordered the painting. We have been in contact with the company way too many times, they say they are trying to sent the painting to us for the third time, but as the paperwork keeps being faulty, and different couriers keep sending the painting back to the company it never arrives. We keep expressing our dissatisfaction, and want our money back, but they keep telling us they will sent the painting and it will arrive soon.
I suggest to never buy anything from their webshop. We have not received the painting or our money back. Either the customer service is close to be non existing, or it’s a complete scam!
- we have now received our painting, hence the updater rating. However the costumer service was absolutely awful throughout the whole process of the shipment, and when we finally got the painting, the brush up which we paid extra for was only half way completed. Would not recommend anyone to buy from Niebac.
Arrived in one piece, but the quality is not “High” as stated on their website.
Paid close to £200 when really it’s worth more around £75.
Also they remain silent on the import taxes that you are required to pay so be warned!
