Awful communication, disappointing product, scam
Placed an order over 2 months ago and paid extra for insurance in case of damage.
The canvas arrived damaged, with a visible hole, which was especially disappointing given the £270 price and the poor overall quality of the print. We contacted the company, sent photographs, and were eventually told that a replacement would be provided under the insurance. The response itself was poorly written and did not inspire confidence.
That was 8 weeks ago. Since then, there has been no further communication and no replacement received.
To make matters worse, I was forced to pay UK import tax on the original delivery, something that is also mentioned in several other reviews. I made it clear that I would not pay this a second time. The company then failed to pay it themselves, which appears to be why nothing has been resent.
At this point, the lack of communication, failure to honour the insurance, and overall conduct strongly suggest this company is not legitimate. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

Potential scam website -
I have ordered a large picture at vast expense. No communication and no picture weeks later.
The email address on their website does not work (bounces back) and you cannot respond to the order confirmation email address also.
I have contacted by WhatsApp so it is now up to them to send me the picture weeks late and I will update this review at this point.
If I were you I would avoid this website - wish I had read the reviews earlier.
It is now up to them to resolve this asap and I will edit this review to reflect what happens - if they do not then this is clearly a scam and avoid at all costs!!!

I placed an order 7 weeks ago. Nothing arrived. No response to my emails. Only when I cancelled the order did I get a reply that they are working on it. I told them I now don’t need it as it was birthday present and I had to buy something else as after 6 weeks of no communication i had given up hope. I actually believed they were scamming out of 400 pounds.. They are not responding to my messages again. Frustrating. They had no problem taking the money out of my account of course!

No customer service
No received goods after almost 3 weeks. Canvas was supposed to be a birthday gift which I might never give. No communication or whatsoever. Seeing the reviews now, I would never order from them in the first place...
EDIT: I did receive a pretty great canvas, quality is nice and the birthday girl was happy. Customer service started to communicate right after my 1 star review, which is in my opinion pretty bad customer service. And after many messages from them to delete or edit this review, here I am.

Poor Communication
I am giving only 1 star due to very poor communication and because the picture does not look like it did on the website.
We contacted Neibac after deciding to return the picture. Since then, we have been waiting for over one week for a response just to receive the return address, but we still have not received any reply.
Even before that, communication was already poor, and it took a very long time for the picture to arrive.
Additionally, the online shop makes the product appear to be a 3D piece, but in reality it is only a 2D print. This was especially disappointing because, in a status update email, we were told that the product was handmade.
Overall, the experience was very frustrating and not what was promised. I can only recommend staying away from Neibac.

2 Canvasses. To one of these I wanted to add additional painting so it would create a bit more depth.
I Finally received them last week (January 15th). But only since I send them a couple messages. Since I expected both before Christmas.
In the end they both look like a photo on Canvas. Nothing special. So I basically overpaid big time.
The Canvas with added paint looks like someone ran a caulking gun over it. Quite the disappointment for a 100,- euro extra.
But my main annoyance was that they claim they are ‘a small company that produces everything by hand and therefore everything takes longer’. But in the meantime they run huge expensive add campagnes on social media. Which obviously leads to a lot of clients.
Anyways you are better of finding a nice picture on Shutterstock and find a local company which can print that on canvas.
That way you pay half of what you pay at Neibac (and no shipping and IMPORT fees)
As a response to your response:
They are not paintings. Paintings are made with a brush and paint. These are photos pressed on Canvas. There is a difference.

Neibac is a scam
I’ve had a very bad experience with Neibac. Overall poor quality of the print and frame. I’ve requested for a return within the 14 days as applicable by law. The have only accepted to exchange the item since it’s a « custom product », which I accepted but then they became completely silent ! No further response and thev’ve been ignoring the multiple follow up emails and WhatsApp messages I’ve been sending. Stay away from this company! They are not professional and not trustworthy.

FRAUD - BEWARE
I guess some customers have had an OK experience, which is strange, for me these people are so awful I am actually writing a review. Bottom line, I ordered two prints, paid for them, and they never came. Period. I'm not sure why it is said in some reviews that they have good customer service, the phone number is fake, it is never answered. Ever. Responses to polite emails were curt and confusing at first, and then just stopped altogether. I've had to go through the hassle of filing a claim with my credit card company, which is still in process. If this isn't an outright SCAM, it's close. Don't be fooled by the legit-looking website like I was. I guess it's up to you if you want to roll the dice and hope they actually send what you pay for. To me, this review is karma for my fellow art lover: GO ELSEWHERE.

Disappointing experience
I liked the artwork selection on the website and was planning to buy more pieces, but in my opinion the quality and service do not match the price.
The delivery experience was also problematic, with partial delivery, incorrect references, and very slow and poor communication throughout the process with the NEIBAC Customer service.
Overall, disappointing product quality and customer service. I would not recommend this brand.

Defraud customers, avoid at all costs
1 star as I can’t put 0.
Total disaster since the moment we made the purchase. We needed to cancel the order a few hours after, impossible they told us it was already in production, but we received the order more than a month later so total liar. And when we received the order with hand retouch… honestly my 5 years old son can do something better, just a few stains of paint throw on the canvas like shit, absolutely ugly and disgusting. We order the wall mount kit which was not in the package. We wrote them 3 emails and 2 WhatsApp (they don’t pick up the phone never) no answers they are playing dead man to avoid the return of the product and getting to refund an order of more than 500€. Avoid at all costs we have initiated a lawsuit against this company to avoid them defrauding more customers

I was quite nervous ordering these two…
I was quite nervous ordering these two pieces but I didn’t need to. Delivery was longer than the three days suggested by the advert but communication was excellent explaining the slight delay was due to a Christmas rush which was totally understandable. When the pieces arrived they were / are beautiful - great quality - packaged so well there was no damage and look just as I wanted. Well done team and thank you!!
Very slow and poor comunication. Tax services seems inexistent
To start with, the product came as expected, good print quality for the size (2x1 mts) and correct frame.
But the communication was very very defective. The only channel is whatsapp chat (no phone answer!) and even so, they take days to answer your questions. I've asked for an invoice for this product for a month now and I'm afraid I will never get it....
UPDATE: after this review, costumer service contacted me and solved the issue. Due to this, I've edited this review and raised from 1 star to 3 stars review. I hope I could raise it more, once as I said, the problem was solved. Honestly, now that it's solved, I'm happy that i bought it.
But to be 100% honest with my feelings and with other costumers, I can't raise it more.
If you are willing for a good product for the price and can manage a very slow communication, go for it.
If you need prompt answers, skip it.
PS - I believe they can focus more in customer service and, in that case, it's a nice company to buy from.

That is a scam
Terrible experience ordered middle of November and I receive it almost 2 months later .
Costumer service is terrible they don't answer most of the emails.
The quality is terrible the frames is made of plastic, the hand retouching is just few to make it better but does not help ! so do spend your money on this website.

Product is screen print. NOT Textured.
Purchased Turquoise and Gold butterfly tree for £140.
Looked impressive as the picture [as with others on the site] had a textured finish. The co says they prepare the pictures by hand. Sounds lovely doesn't it.
The reality is......the canvas is printed with 3D effect for photographic purposes on the site but in real life it is 2D - no textured finish and it looks dull once on the wall. The only hand made work is they frame it. These are mass produced canvases that should cost no more than £50.
PS. You will pay import tax into UK. We were lumped with £40 bill or returning the product. We wished we had once it arrived and opened the package...but too late by then.
No prints delivered, no contact, but paid...
At first, I was unable to cancel my order just one day after placing it. That seemed reasonable, as I was informed the prints were already in production.
I ordered two prints on November 29, 2025. Now, one month and two weeks later, I still haven’t received anything. I have tried calling and emailing several times, but have received no response.
The prints have been paid for, but nothing has been delivered. There is no tracking information, and it has not been possible to get in contact with the company in any way.

TERRIBLE
A month ago I placed an order for 1 print.
For starters their prices are a lot more expensive than some of their competitors.
Then they hit you with a "we're italian so shipping can take longer" comment just after you placed your order.
This is just unprofessional.
We're a month, 5 unanswered mails and calls later and NOTHING from them. I have tried to get a refund but even on that there is NO RESPONSE.
NON existing customer service, EXPENSIVE prices - STAY AWAY

Quality Issues and Disappointing Customer Support
I was very disappointed with this purchase. The frame arrived visibly nicked, and the canvas was warped on the frame, which significantly affected the presentation of the artwork.
I reached out to customer service and experienced long delays in receiving a response. When I was finally contacted, I was promised a credit to my account, but that credit was never applied.
Between the damaged product and the lack of follow-through from customer service, this experience fell far short of expectations.
