If I were able to give no stars

If I were able to give no stars, I would. I ordered a small print for a client, who upon seeing a photograph of the print, decided not to purchase it. I reached out a day later to the company, via email. I was given several options; change the size, change the print over the course of 4 days.
When I emailed again, to cancel the order, I was told it is “already in production!”
Why was I offered other options if it was already in production?

Nothing was “in production!” They used delay tactics & deflection, to NOT reimburse the small $200 purchase.

I am a designer and am well connected across the U.S. with other designers. I will make it very clear to all of them, as well as anyone that I work with, that this is not a company to work with.

Don’t order anything!

I received the painting/print 6 weeks after buying it. The quality was not satisfactory, therefore I emailed the company right away that I would like to return it. According to their legal terms, one can return the product within 14 business days. However, the company refused to tell me the shipping address and thus to take the product back. I had multiple email conversations with the custom’s service throughout six weeks - all without success of returning the painting.

After posting my review here, the company asked me to delete the review and offered to take the painting back - however, not covering the shipping costs. The shipping costs to Italy for such a large painting will exceed 50% of the overall product price. For that reason, I give up trying to return the painting and accept this as an expensive lessons-learned.

I recommend to not order anything at Neibac if you are not willing to potentially lose your money.

I ordered twice with this company and…

I ordered twice with this company and it was nothing but hell. They use cheap no name shipping companies and they don't coordinate shipping with you at all. Both times I ordered my paintings were returned 2 times....each order. And when you are lucky enough that they do get delivered they are completely beat up. They use cheap cardboard and my second order was all damaged. I told them to give me credit back and I'll repair the frame. They said no they want me to return it. Here I am 3 months after my order and they still can't find a cheap company to pick it up. They don't use DHL or a normal company. I ask for updates and its the same thing....we will get back to you or we are trying to find a shipping company. DO NOT ORDER THIS CHEAP CRAP! They are a horrible company. To me it feels like a cheap drop shipping company. They are praying the paintings arrive ok using the cheapest shipping possible. I literally had foot prints all over my order. The shipping company doesn't care and the boxes looks like they have been through a shredder. The price and size of the art is tempting but I would never order from them again.

Worst customer experience ever!

I ordered two different posters in May, which showed up around 2 weeks later (website states delivery is 3-4 days). When the package arrives, I have received two identical posters and thereby missing one of the correct posters.

I get in contact with the customer service right away, and they are telling me that a courier will pick up the "wrong poster". It happens to me three times that the courier is not showing up on the agreed pick-up date communicated by Neibac.

Continuously, I want them to send the “missing” poster. However, they are deliberately ignoring my questions, which result in a more than hundred e-mails long conversation where I ask about when I could expect to receive the missing poster? This conversation is not progressing for months, and I’m experiencing the most incompetent customer service ever.

I slowly start to realize that this company might be fraudsters, and I will most likely never receive the poster. Therefore, I ask them to give me a full a refund for the poster. They are clearly refusing this and keeps coming with different excuses. However, after this request, they are trying to send the poster to me. They try to ship 3-4 times before it arrives to me.

Now around 5 months later I have finally received the missing poster. The frames are of super poor quality, and the print is literally another colour than on their website. So, you should only buy from this company if you are not busy (it will take them months to ship a small poster), want to pay overprice for low-quality product and horrible customer service.

Basic. Not worth it.

Looks amazing on social media. Ordered prints that looked textured and therefore worth the excessive money I paid but what I got were basic prints you could buy on any high street. Nothing special. Quite cheap looking. It’s misrepresented on social media in my opinion. They also charge import fees even tho price advertised in £ with no mention of import fees in the process. they will make out it’s your fault for not reading it but at no point in the checkout process did it mention this. It’s clearly hidden. They refunded half as I said I wasn’t going to take them therefore they’d be returned. They still made out like it was my fault. I will not use them again or recommend

Extremely poor quality - difficult to return and get a refund

I ordered a "canvas" from these guys. Expecting it to be high quality. The misleading website claims only top notch materials and artisans after all. It has arrived. It is extremely poor quality, if I had a large printer and some cheap pieces of wood I could have made it myself. Low resolution, printed on a piece of thin plastic and stapled to some cheap wood off cuttings.

Now that I want to return they are making it extremely difficult. It's a good job I paid the extremely overpriced 450 euros via credit card as I can enlist the bank to chase them.

Avoid at all costs. These guys are fraudsters.

Absolute Fraud!! don't buy from them!! Run!!

They are a bunch of scammers and thieves. My order took over a year and I never received it and they refused to refund me. I'm suing them and will take them to court. Run!! don't buy from these thieves. They are a fraud!!! They will only take your money.

AVOID
Late shipment, missing products not shipped, products shipped and incomplete, replacement products not sent either. The worst experience that I have ever had online and until I stopped my credit card payments they did not respond to my email. The retouching that they do for €80 per picture is terrible value for money and I ended up buying an oil paint set and did it myself. I spent hours on emails to this company and my credit card issuer. AVOID

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If I could give minus stars for this shop
I would. Avoid this shop at all costs. It is the worst experience I have ever had buying anything online. I bought a canvas print over a month ago, I keep getting told the same as some other reviewers here that the item is “stuck” in customs. I’ve continually asked for a refund but I have been refused this. Right now I’ve lost my money and received absolutely nothing. I’ve emailed them constantly but keep getting told they care and it is the courier problem and not there’s. I now have to go to through process of trying to get my money back by reporting this as a complete scam company.
