Wrong items consistently sent.

Wrong items consistently sent.
My experiences with this store are alway horrible. They consistently send wrong items. Their shipping takes forever. Last time, not only did they sent the wrong item and refused a refund, but they also send the package with not sufficient documentation and I had to spend my time talking with customs for a 60 Euros order. Do not buy from this store again, has nothing in common with the experience in the US. EU store is very bad.

Disappointing Experience with Delivery and Customer Service

I had a highly frustrating experience with this store. The transportation charges were over 30 EUR (the only option), and the estimated delivery time was four to seven days. Instead, I received my items a month later (within EU). Twenty-five days after placing the order, I contacted the store via email to request a full refund, as I had not received the item, but they never replied. After opening a case via PayPal, they simply resent the tracking number.

The order confirmation email provided the tracking number already, but it did not specify which transport company was responsible for the delivery in the country of arrival. After conducting my own research, I discovered that the store partners with a transport company that, instead of delivering the packages, forces customers to pick up their own orders. I was fortunate enough to track down the package before it was returned, but I had to wait almost an hour in line due to how busy the storage facility was with all the people showing up to collect their orders. The transport company claimed they attempted to deliver the item twice, during times when I was actually at home. Obviously, there was no doorbell ring, no phone call, or notice left behind.

This was meant to be a Christmas present, and in hindsight, I regret making the purchase. I would advise potential customers to carefully consider the high product costs, high transportation fees, and below subpar services.

After speaking with someone and them promising that my order would be delivered to the correct address , then finding out that it was delivered to my old address, it caused no end of problems retrieving it

Failed return

I requested a return for my purchase, but I didn't receive the refund and I also didn't get the package back (return handled by UPS).

I believe the package got stuck in customs and never reached its destination. I sent an email asking about the order status, but I didn't receive a reply. I also couldn't find a customer service phone number to contact.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and haven't received sufficient explanation as to why I haven't received my refund.

Always a problem

Every year we try to order early (Dec 2nd) to ensure we get the items we want before Christmas and every year there is a problem. Late deliveries, items not shipping, CS fobbing you off with excuses.

I wish there was somewhere else to purchase NBA kit.
