Items were good quality, too bad there is no cheaper option for normal shipping to Austria only FedEx and DHL are available which inflates total costs.

Ordered 3 Funko POP figures

Ordered 3 Funko POP figures. Packaging was very poor, boxes were bended, torn. Not the way you expect to receive items from such store.
Big shout out to support, which after few emails refunded all amount i paid.

Item delivered with security tag still…

Item delivered with security tag still attached – very poor customer service!

I’ve ordered several items from the NBA Store EU before without any problems, but this experience was extremely disappointing.

When my latest order arrived, it still had the security tag attached. I contacted customer service via webchat, only to be told the item was now out of stock and that I could return it for a refund. This completely missed the point — I didn’t want to return it, I just wanted the item I paid for, without a security tag attached.

I was then advised to email their complaints team. After doing so, I received an automated response saying the inbox wasn’t monitored and that I needed to fill in an online form instead. This meant explaining the issue all over again for a third time and waiting even longer for a response.

When I finally heard back, I was told to either take the item, at my own time and expense, to a local shop to have the tag removed, or look online for instructions on how to remove it myself. This is completely unacceptable. Not only is this inconvenient, but it also raises the risk of damaging the item — and there was no clarity on who would be responsible if that happened.

Overall, a very frustrating experience and a disappointing level of customer service.

Update: 22/05/26

This issue has now been fully resolved thanks to the fantastic support from the Fanatics customer care team, so I’ve happily updated my rating to 5 stars!

A big thank you to the team for their quick response, professionalism, and for going above and beyond to reach a really positive outcome. I’m genuinely impressed with how this was handled and won’t hesitate to order from Fanatics again in the future!

Do not buy there . Search for a product on their website , find it order it size M wait for the delivery end up be kids size ask to return it not returnable can t exchange it . Do not waste your time and money on that site

Nice conpany, will order again

Nice conpany, will order again, i ordered from the NBA store Europe, I did have a bad experience when first ordered but they quickly had this resolved this for me, had a refund on an item and the item didnt need returning, also had 20% off my next order which was really nice of them, the only thing I got a grumble with is the returns policy as they don't do exchanges wrong size items and only to returns and refunds, its not exactly ideal to have an item be returned, wait for it to get back to the store, then wait longer for a refund just to have to order again and wait for item again, its very long winded when someone my only want a different size rather than a whole refund ordeal. Apart from that great company and I will order again and recommend them
