Non Refundable Even Though It Should Have Been
I bought a jersey as a birthday present and it was too big. It was a regular player’s jersey. When I tried to return the item, it showed "non refundable“. The customer service didn’t respond at all. After several attempts to contact them, I reported the case to PayPal. I then received rude responses in broken English with false information. I have now escalated the case, but it simply comes across as a scam. Don’t purchase anything from them, unless you’re 100% sure you won’t want to return it.

Confusing sizing
The sizing is very confusing on the site, it is not very clear if a shirt is adult or child sized. Normally children sizes are coming in age ranges but here both adult and youth sizing was S, M, L.
After this, the return cost extra £2.99 (or more) which is never a welcome thing.

Ordered 3 Funko POP figures. Packaging was very poor, boxes were bended, torn. Not the way you expect to receive items from such store.
