couldn't get everything i wanted

couldn't get everything i wanted. I also wanted the personalised jumpman black jersey but large was not available ( & still is not as of writing) & when i contacted the chat the response was just a generic ''keep checking website'' reply, not helpful at all....considering the delivery fee isn't cheap i wanted to get all items in one delivery, so bottom line: my NBA Store experience was just okay

High price. Poor quality

The price is too high. It's hard to find a store these days that makes you pay €9 for the shipment of an order that costs €82.
The quality of the jersey is poor and the sleeve hole is cut in such a way that it rubs against torso.

Really good experience

Really good experience. Pretty fast delivery. And although i had an issue with customs who tried to charge me customs fees, i reached out to support team and it was fixed in a couple of hours. My order was released and delivered couple of days later.

Overall good, but no standard delivery

They were advertising "free standard delivery over £30" (and my order was over €100), then at checkout I saw there is no standard delivery option, so it wasn't free for me. And I got every email in Italian for some reason. I don't live in Italy and don't use it as a browser language either (and I don't even speak it). Apart from these, shipping was fast, email updates were on point, items were as advertised and high quality.

Joke of a company took the money for a…

Joke of a company took the money for a raptors jersey dispatched apparently on the first of June then telling me there is a delay at the courier, how is that my problem? I want a refund. Don’t use them if you want anything in a timely manner. I ordered this item mid MAY!
