After a 3 week wait not all my fault
After a 3 week wait not all my fault, a change in venue which if I’d been told about at the beginning would have reduced that wait , can’t fault the service and the guy who actually did the work

It was done and not long after it it rained and washed it out
It was done and not long after it rained. It is now back to a chip visible and left with a possibility of the screen cracking.
I was told my the guy doing it if it rains before it's dry we would need it done again. So if you could contact me with a date to reduce it.
It did look invisible when it was done but the next day when I returned home I checked car the chip was visible again as prior to it being done

Constructive fedback
Firstly I had to wait a full 5 working days for a repair booking.
Secondly on the day of the repair booked for a morning slot I was last on the list and the technician failed to arrive.
The second booking went okay.
I was expecting the repair to be less visible. However very smooth.

Screen glass quality is not good at night time
Light did not pass through properly it have a blury texture when u see a far on motorway
Other car lights become blur what i am gonna do at night while u will resolve your issue to improve your product what about my issue who gonna resolve it

Easy to visit workshop, pleasant greeting on arrival explained how long it would take as I was waiting. New screen fitted really well and a not to long await. Overall straightforward pleasant experience.
