Disappointing
The whole booking system was a disappointment, I had to wait for weeks for the service which then got cancelled on the morning of the appointment after having planned my weeks work around it. I then had to wait another 2 and a half weeks for the next appointment, meanwhile the ctrack in my windscreen was getting longer. All in all a very disappointing experience. I shall no longer include windscreen insurance on my next policy.
