Great Technician, but far too long a wait with vehicle off the road.
The technician was great when he came to replace my windscreen, but I had been waiting almost 2 weeks, unable to use my vehicle, due to a cracked windscreen across the drivers vision. Not being able to use my vehicle for so long had a significant impact on my life.
