Chose the Fallen rhinestone hoodie and sweatpants set as my first ever purchase from Named Collective and I can not praise the experience enough. I am feeling beyond euphoric!! As someone who can't treat herself to nice things often, I can promise you Named Collective is sincerely worth every cent of your money. Even if it appears pricier than what you can usually afford (in my case very much so), you can perceive it as an investment into an independent business. The material is very high quality. Every single detail is carefully crafted. Items look expensive and made with deep care. Shipping is very fast and customer service appreciative and extremely kind. Please do consider getting at least one piece for yourself! We all deserve to feel beautiful in this lifetime 💛

Shopping at named collective is super easy - the size charts are accurate and sizing for all models is given. I love the diversity of the models and styling. My order was shipped super fast (I've received some in less than a week from order to delivery). The quality of each piece is also very high - the fabric feels thick and soft, the garment construction is good, and so far I haven't had any fraying or even loose rhinestones. I love how named collective interacts with the community and listens to what we want!

I am very disappointed with my experience. I was charged €104 in customs fees on an order worth €286, even though VAT had already been paid, which was clearly indicated on my package. This situation is not normal and should not happen.
I have already contacted customer service but have not received any response so far, which is quite frustrating. I would appreciate a clear explanation and a solution to this issue as soon as possible.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience and I hope the brand will take responsibility and improve their customer support.

If you want strangers to stop you every 5 seconds on the street asking where you got your fit from, buy their stuff.

I received a gift card that was having issues and I sent an inquiry that night and by that morning they had responded. I sent over the info they requested and I kid you not by the afternoon they sent me replacement with extra! That was honestly so sweet and I truly appreciate their kindness and prompt response. The set I bought was great quality and fit me like a glove! It is heavy and perfect for the winter in chicago. I love the attention to detail and feel. I will definitely be buying again!

I really love the Sweatpants I got they shipped really fast and it was also no Problem to return my first Order. Just be aware that you have to pay the shipment yourself. All in all I am really Happy and would order again.

I’ve been buying from named for years and own over 10 tracksuits and they all wear so well even the older ones, love love love them- quality/ service and delivery is always 10000%

The products are fantastic, comfortable and good quality. The customer service has been hard going. We have needed to exchange an item twice. Despite following the instructions on the website and indicating an exchange both online and via a note in the return, I have twice had to follow up with emails to get the exchanged product sent back out. A bit more development of the web/order tracking system would be a positive step so customers can fully track returns and exchanges. Also, whoever writes your emails needs a course in compassion, they are fairly abrupt!

Unfortunately it’s no longer worth the money. I’m not sure why the quality has gone downhill since it used to be 100% cotton which made the items more luxury, now you’re paying for the design more than the quality.

Everyone at the name collective brand is amazing with Customer Service and anything you need with your order!
All of the items they sell are quality material, well-made and the last a lifetime with proper care! We love Named Collective! Highly recommend!
