So I ordered three things, which totaled $260 and the top I ordered which was an intimates black top that had a cross in the middle and was half sheer. It was a baby doll top, it came with one strap that was broken and unfixable and the other strap was sewn wrong so that it was permanently twisted and unable to be untwisted. The bikini top that I got was way too small even though I usually wear a small and bikini tops and I checked the sizing it did not fit me. Then when I tried to get in contact with this company I sent them an email with photos showing my broken top, they told me that they could give me a 20% refund... When it was broken that being completely their fault. They also said in their email that it was a stain? And they were confident it could come out in the washer so they obviously are using some AI response thing or they're just not looking at it at all cuz thatwas just incorrect . Mind you, this top was $60... They told me I could return it but I would have to pay for shipping even though this is literally not my fault. They also took 2 days to respond and were completely unhelpful and I emailed them back. They still haven't responded, their stuff is not even good quality looking at the insane prices I don't think I'll ever shop here again. I thought their clothes are cute in theory but this is insane..

It got delivered in less than a week which was suprising for me because I live in NZ!! The hoodie fits amazingly and is super comfortable. Only downsides are the shipping price and the fragile rhinestones.

My all time favourite clothing brand! Quality is flawless every time and is so worth the money, i highly recommend to anyone who likes more unique/alternative clothing, I also love how much they care for and appreciate their community. I will order from them a million times 🖤🫡

The best clothing brand by far. I have quite a lot of items from named and they have all been so comfortable and cozy and they make me look so good. I needed help with an item that was damaged in delivery and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced customer care like it! They couldn’t help me fast enough, offered me exactly what I needed instantly and all with charm and grace. Seriously bowled over.

Package was lost in the mail and had to go through grueling replacement process. Once I finally received the items, the part of the shorts that is supposed to COVER your kitty is SO small??? I have a another pair of shorts from the forbidden set to compare the two, and the new shorts are significantly smaller than the others.
There is no coverage at all. I wouldnt be able to wear these without worrying about potentially flashing someone. The quality for the price is definitely not adding up. I'm not willing to buy from here anymore :(

Chose the Fallen rhinestone hoodie and sweatpants set as my first ever purchase from Named Collective and I can not praise the experience enough. I am feeling beyond euphoric!! As someone who can't treat herself to nice things often, I can promise you Named Collective is sincerely worth every cent of your money. Even if it appears pricier than what you can usually afford (in my case very much so), you can perceive it as an investment into an independent business. The material is very high quality. Every single detail is carefully crafted. Items look expensive and made with deep care. Shipping is very fast and customer service appreciative and extremely kind. Please do consider getting at least one piece for yourself! We all deserve to feel beautiful in this lifetime 💛

Shopping at named collective is super easy - the size charts are accurate and sizing for all models is given. I love the diversity of the models and styling. My order was shipped super fast (I've received some in less than a week from order to delivery). The quality of each piece is also very high - the fabric feels thick and soft, the garment construction is good, and so far I haven't had any fraying or even loose rhinestones. I love how named collective interacts with the community and listens to what we want!

I am very disappointed with my experience. I was charged €104 in customs fees on an order worth €286, even though VAT had already been paid, which was clearly indicated on my package. This situation is not normal and should not happen.
I have already contacted customer service but have not received any response so far, which is quite frustrating. I would appreciate a clear explanation and a solution to this issue as soon as possible.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience and I hope the brand will take responsibility and improve their customer support.
