Excellent service & Communication
First time I have used NAC, decided to book having read the excellent reviews, wondering if they really can be that good. I wasn't disappointed. The pre appointment communication is excellent, Nick arrived on time, very professional and friendly. He set our expectations got to work and completed the job. It is quite a joy to get such good service. I will definitely recommend and use again should we require.

Very professional servjce
Graham was on time, pleasant, efficient and quick.
He sorted the setting on the oven and I thought he had solved it extremely quickly and expected that to be the end of it. However he was very thorough and checked all the settings on the oven and that confirmed that an element had blown. So he replaced that. Very impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. I will use your service again and recommend to others.

20 year old Maytag…
George worked on our 20 year old Maytag fridge freezer ordered part came back 1 week later and fitted them great great service and in this day and age good value for money

Prompt and efficient
Contact was easy and a quick call out date agreed with clear statement of the call out cost. Engineer attended and was unable to fully diagnose the intermittent fault though had and idea and asked me to record the sound. Sent the recording and fault immediately diagnosed. Quote given for the replacement part, agreed and part fitted as soon as it arrived. The return visit was included in the initial call out fee so only the cost of the part. Friendly and efficient and I can fully recommend them.

Friendly, efficient service. The engineer very quickly understood the issue and resolved it. Advised on the cause and how to prevent it reoccurring. Left the area clean and tidy.

Easy booking process and great communication from George who came out to do the repair. By giving him as much information as possible he was able to preorder the parts required. Came at a convenient time for me at the end of a day. Was punctual, polite and knowledgeable and managed to get my 17 year old cooker working again for a fraction of the cost of a new one. Thank you
