Friendly, efficient service. The engineer very quickly understood the issue and resolved it. Advised on the cause and how to prevent it reoccurring. Left the area clean and tidy.

Great service
Easy booking process and great communication from George who came out to do the repair. By giving him as much information as possible he was able to preorder the parts required. Came at a convenient time for me at the end of a day. Was punctual, polite and knowledgeable and managed to get my 17 year old cooker working again for a fraction of the cost of a new one. Thank you

Actually brought my appointment forward to an earlier day.
Phoned me when he left his previous appointment to give a rough ETA.

Excellent service…
I telephoned NAC in the morning because of a problem with my fridge freezer which was freezing up and then melting causing water leaks. I was told someone would call that day. I was given his name and told he would phone when he was on his way. The engineer did this. He checked over the fridge freezer and found the fault. He repaired this quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with this Company and would definitely use again.

Efficient service
We thought we would need a new oven after a complete and smokey failure but decided to try a repair first. NAC arranged a very quick response from a pleasant engineer who diagnosed and repaired the fault (and another about to happen) leaving us surprised and pleased we didn’t have to invest hundreds of pounds more in a replacement oven.

Found this company by doing a google…
Found this company by doing a google search as needed someone to come & look at my washing machine which had been making a very loud noise on its last spin. Spoke to a very pleasant lady called Helen who explained the cost involved and what that covered exactly. I booked an appointment and the chap was out later in the day. Within the hour the washer had been taken out, stripped down, “stray” sock removed, all put back together and working. A great find and I would highly recommend using this company.

It was quick and easy to book a service visit on the next available date online. But it would have been nice to at least be given a clue as to whether it would be am or pm.
I can't comment on the quality of the service itself, as this is prior to an engineer visit.

My washing machine engineer called Hayden was very nice and very knowledgeable .
He sorted out my machine and gave me some really good advice and tips.

Avoid at all costs
Whatever you do today, do not contact NAC Domestic Appliances. They will charge in advance. Trying to actually get them to return or source parts is near impossible. AI chat that won’t help, website wanting more payment, AI voice agents with everything excuses. Telephone lines turned off. Emails ignored. Promised deadlines missed.
Truly one of the worse companies, hiding behind slick branding and modern technology. Don’t make the call to them, you will regret it!
