Thank heavens i decided to order from myvetmeds.co.uk, this is what all online service should be like it was a joy to use this company, I would recommend them to anyone. I did contact them by phone before placing my first order they were very courteous and very helpful and even contacted me back by phone as i had requested this, so you can be sure they get back to you promptly.

The service was fast, efficient and the product was as described.

i have ordered two weeks ago but still not recieve the ordered products for my dog (order no. 47575) and i am quite worried if my dog needs to wait even longer.
its much longer than expected and i hope this can be significantly improved.
for example, let the overseas customer know how many days it will take before the transaction is completed, at least customer can have an expected days (and decide whether to order).

They deliver what you order within the time they say. No complaints. The only way they could improve is to tell you the delivery date, although you are notified when the order is dispatched.

I have been using this company for about a year for our dogs epilepsy Medication, I worried about not getting it directly from the vets to start with but ordering direct saves us about £100 a quarter so thought it was worth a go.

What gives me confidence in this company is the communication I had my first issue this month and was easily sorted out with one telephone call and the missing meds arrived the very next day.

Its always difficult to decide as a first time customer who your dealing with, but these guys are the real deal. My first order was processed without problem, and the price they quote is 1/2 the price of my local practice. Cant quite work out why my local vets insist I take my business elsewhere ? Thanks for the great service.

I was very worried about affording the increasing costs of archies medication as I am unable to work at present . I was unaware of vet medication sites as my own vet had not mentioned this option to me. A friend informed me of what you do and I was so pleased to find out that I could keep my special boys little heart working to give me more time with him. The site is clear and easy to follow so thankyou very much it feels like a gift!

My dog who is ten now has had epilepsy from a pup so we have always had big vet bills, this can't be helped but I recently looked at the drugs my dog was on and to my surprise one of them was no longer a prescription required one - how long this has been off the list I don't know but my vet had not mentioned it and I think that was wrong as they were charging me double what I paid at vetmed, a big saving for us, I will be asking for a prescription for her other drug as I pay 44p a tablet and vetmed charge 21p, so less than half the price, if the prescription charge is reasonable I will be ordering through them. I realise vets have to make a living but double everything up - not right. I will not hesitate to order from vetmeds they have been prompt and answered all my questions, can't praise them enough.

Unhappy with the service as I sent my prescription off 10 days ago and now my cat has run out of the tablets that they tell me are to keep him alive. They don't reply to emails!!!
