Myrqvist began its journey in 2016 with a clear vision: to craft quality footwear with a timeless design at a reasonable price. Our aim was to create shoes that could withstand the test of time and trends.

Don't trust the website sizing guide

Shoes are high quality and shipped to Australia incredibly quickly. The problem was sizing. It took three pairs before finding the correct size. I'm a UK size 11, the website sizing guide was adamant that I should wear a UK size 9. Don't trust the website sizing tool, use your own size for any leather shoes you own

Quality is great. A strong Value proposition.

I bought the Stenhammer II in dark brown suede, they are a great dressy loafer, they work perfectly with dress pants, the shape is very good, I don't like pointy loafers and these strike a good balance. Quality is good, and the shoe box is also very good. I'll keep Myrqvist in my bookmarks for a second pair of shoes.

Swedish VAT for order outside EU country

unfortunately Myrqvist is unable to deduct Swedish VAT for a delivery to Switzerland where the Swiss VAT will obviously be paid.
Maybe the company doesn’t know that Switzerland is outside the EU

We completely understand your frustration and apologize for the confusion regarding VAT and import charges for Switzerland.

Switzerland is indeed outside the EU, however our current checkout system unfortunately does not support automatic Swedish VAT deduction for Swiss deliveries at this time. Local Swiss VAT and import fees may also apply upon import according to Swiss customs regulations.

We understand that this can create a disappointing experience and we truly appreciate the feedback, as it helps us improve both our systems and communication going forward.
