Low quality and disappointing Customer Service

I ordered a pair of loafers from Myrqvist which developed a defect after being worn only twice. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I would not receive a new pair because the model was no longer available. Instead, I was offered store credit, which I reluctantly accepted.

Using this credit, I purchased another pair of shoes and paid an additional amount on top. Unfortunately, these shoes did not meet my expectations, so I returned them in accordance with the company’s return policy.

Since then, I have been trying to obtain the refund I am entitled to. After two initial contacts, customer service simply stopped responding. Despite several follow-up emails asking whether and when I would receive my money back, I have received no information whatsoever.

As things stand today, I have paid around €200 and do not have a functioning product to show for it. The most disappointing aspect is not even the defective shoes, but the complete lack of communication and customer support afterwards.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Myrqvist.

The Best!!!

Great products! I ordered 2 pairs of Stenhammar II's (Brown Suede and Country Calf Leather) and a Brown Suede Braided Belt for Myrqvist after seeing their product on TikTok. The quality exceeded expectations. Absolutely superb! Unfortunately, the sizing was too large. I had to reduce by a full size for the suede and .5 for the leather. They were more than accommodating and now I have 2 beautifully fitting loafers that will last a very long time. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

The bottom of the shoes are dirty

The bottom of the shoes are dirty, the shoes been worn before, I got a shoe that was returned by a customer.
Very disappointed, I m going on vacation .
I needed this shoes .
I m returning them.

I placed an order to Copenhagen on May…

I placed an order to Copenhagen on May 17, they charged ~1k euro from my bank account (not pending transaction).

11 days passed, no update about shipping. I sent an e-mail to their customer service on May 28 to learn about the status. No response.

I sent another follow-up on June 1 and request cancellation and immediate refund. again.... no response.

I've been calling their store phone lines... No one's picking up. Today 17 days passed, with using my 1k euro, without giving any update.

The situation has yet to be resolved. And very very concerning. I made a big mistake to trust a 'reputable' swedish brand, as they would operate like a standard brand. Yet the situation is heading to very strange direction.
