Mypura have very good customer service. I have contacted them via email quite last minute yo change an order and they almost always have managed to sort things out. They also deliver quickly and efficiently. Their nappies are great.

Using the term 'holy poops' in emails…
Using the term 'holy poops' in emails is completely unacceptable to the Christian consumers
Nappies are soft but size 3s leak poop every time and pee occasionally
Due to that email and the leaking I will no longer purchase these nappies ever again

Ordered wipes and nappies for the last 4 years. The new wipes are very different and very good! Didn't realise thicker wipes would be so much better.

I love these nappies
I love these nappies. They are able to absorb a lot of moisture, and it is great to know our baby can thus avoid some dangerous substances at a relatively affordable price. Moreover, the company has a great return policy: all unopened nappy packages can be returned for a small charge. The Pura team manages this very swiftly, too. So I recommend this product.

I love MyPura nappies
I love MyPura nappies and used them with both of my boys. They are soft, comfy and are a fair price. I love that they have no nasties and that I am also supporting the environment. Delivery is rapid so my next batch always arrives before I run out.

Absolutely love Pura and so does my…
Absolutely love Pura and so does my baby. We made the mistake of using a popular brand from birth and it gave him horrible nappy rash. As soon as I discovered Pura nappies and wipes, I knew I had to try them. Within a week, maybe even less, his rash had gone and - touch wood - it hasn’t made an appearance since. Pura are amazing, highly recommended.

We opted for the trial pack size 1 for my newborn. And I must say, the design, look and function was up to the mark. There were no signs of leaky poo or pee. We used it for travel purpose and are happy with it!

We loved Pura nappies but the new design gives my baby blisters round her back so we had to switch to another nappy provider. I’m hoping once she’s big enough we can switch to your pull ups but she’s too small for the first size of them atm

Brilliant products and customer service
Besides the products themselves working brilliantly (Big happy baby, no leaks, or nappy rash), Pura's customer service team are excellent too. We had a slight mix up with one our deliveries, size 5 nappies instead of size 5 nappy pants, and it was rectified immediately upon them receiving my email. They even let me keep the nappies they mistakingly sent too, which I thought was very kind.
Really chuffed when them and would recommend any parent to order from them directly like we do.

perfect for those with allergies.
I like the products as it’s the only one that doesn’t affect my babies skin. It’s a shame it’s quite expensive. I also tried the larger pull-up ones for my older daughter, however it did end up leaking a few times.
