Great Customer Service
After I ordered the Total Relief cream I wanted to add the Nerve Fortify Max tablets but somehow or other the website wouldn't let me. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful. They gave me a direct link to the Nerve Fortify Max product but unfortunately although I was able to add the tablets to my cart this time the payment system didn't seem to be working. I tried multiple credit cards and PayPal and nothing worked. Again I had some correspondence with customer service and they were able to directly complete a behind the scenes order which allowed me to fill in my credit card number and order the product. The customer service staff was always very professional and polite and very prompt to respond even in the middle of the night in my time zone.

I never received my first order and after communicating back and forth for several weeks, you were accommodating enough to send me a replacement. I am grateful for the replacement jar and it got here with no problem. I used it on my daughter without much luck but will try on other problems. I placed my online order and I received it a few days later. Just like the infomercial stated. I opened the package within minutes of receiving it. I have several severe pain areas. I started by rubbing the product on my left shoulder. I rubbed it in real good. I waited several minutes and could begin to feel the pain easing, but it was still a bit stiff and sore. I rubbed another glob of the cream into the same shoulder 30 minutes later. I could feel the pain leaving the shoulder. That night before going to bed, I rubbed a big glob of the cream into both of my feet. I have diabetic neuropathy in both feet. I rubbed it in for about 10-15 minutes on each foot. I could feel it working on the first foot before I finished the second foot. That night was the first night in many months that I slept all night long. I will be ordering more.
