Not happy

Not happy. Completed KYC. Verified my account - they then stopped orders. All genuine payments - they now loose $$$$ from a repeat customer. Support wouldn’t help. They loose a customer. Crazy!

I WAS SWINDLED WITH A GIFTCARD

I WAS SWINDLED BY A DISHONEST USE OF THE CHF 150 GIFTCARD FOR A SERVICE I NEVER RECEIVED. CHF 150 THROWN IN THE TRASH. I BELIEVE THAT I WOULD NO LONGER USE YOUR SERVICES AND THAT I WOULD ADVISE PARENTS, FRIENDS AND CLIENTS AGAINST IT.

250$ gone

it's been 4 days i spent 250$ on a psn gift card and they gave me a faulty code i have sent them all the proof they needed and still no refund or a new code and i am down 250$ don't know if i will continue using this site after this

Bad experience

Bad experience. I had been using this service for a long time without any issues, but recently I purchased a $250 PlayStation gift card. When I tried to redeem the code, I found that it had already been used. I contacted customer support, but they never responded. Very disappointing experience.

Multiple cards delayed by several days, no apology made or even response from support, no details as for why the cards were days late, no offer of refund or credit for the trouble. I strongly suggest everyone take their business elsewhere.
