However, we understand that gift cards are frequently targeted by scammers who offer services, trades, or fraudulent promises in exchange for them. We want to strongly emphasize that gift cards should never be used as a form of payment for private services, trades, or to send to individuals you do not personally know. Once a gift card code is shared with a third party, it is effectively the same as sending cash, and the funds can be redeemed by that party instantly.
Because we cannot control how a code is used or shared after it has been delivered to you, we are unable to offer refunds for codes that have already been redeemed by someone else.
We encourage you to be extremely cautious when sharing codes with anyone, regardless of the relationship or the promised service. If you believe you have been the victim of a scam, we strongly recommend reporting the incident to your local authorities.

Not happy. Completed KYC. Verified my account - they then stopped orders. All genuine payments - they now loose $$$$ from a repeat customer. Support wouldn’t help. They loose a customer. Crazy!

I WAS SWINDLED BY A DISHONEST USE OF THE CHF 150 GIFTCARD FOR A SERVICE I NEVER RECEIVED. CHF 150 THROWN IN THE TRASH. I BELIEVE THAT I WOULD NO LONGER USE YOUR SERVICES AND THAT I WOULD ADVISE PARENTS, FRIENDS AND CLIENTS AGAINST IT.
