I did not give 1 star because I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that my issue will be resolved and it wasn't a common practice. I purchased an Amazon gift card. Paid for it. Received a thank you note. Then received the supposed "CODE" .
Well the code doesn't work. I contacted Amazon. They told me that the code has too many digits. It's invalid. How would I get a code that has too many digits? How are the cards generated? They received my payment right away for the card, on top of charging processing fees. But they take their time to deliver the goods. After reading many reviews on here. I am feeling nervous about doing business with this company. I will update later when I have spoken to them.

I purchased a Steam card for MX$600, equivalent to US$47.00 including service fees.
Despite being asked to upload an ID, the order is stuck "in process" and just goes through a loop with no progress. Because of this, I contacted customer service, and they only stated the following:
"I'm sorry to have checked again and noticed that the order is still in process because we ran out of stock of that item. I apologize for the inconvenience; this doesn't usually happen. We are already expecting more stock, which should arrive soon, and we expect to complete your order in a couple of hours.
If you prefer, we can cancel the order and refund you. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience."
Therefore, I requested the cancellation and refund, and since that last email, they haven't contacted me again, which is a complete scam.
I suggest never using this website to buy what they sell, if you don't want to get ripped off.
