DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES...

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES...
Great idea behind the design however if possible support your cause in a different way than these shoes. Company has changed estimated shipping and delivery dates after I had already ordered my shoes (8/22/2021). When I first ordered it was estimated 4-8 weeks. That then changed to 1-6 months. I didn't receive any emails notifications of the process. I reached out to customer support who then told me they would be shipped out ASAP. Why did I have to reach out to see where my order was 4 months later? I truly wish there were more reviews prior to me ordering so that I could see how many people did not like these shoes.
Once received they don't fit well, stitching is not good, you can see the markings of where the pattern was drawn to cut out on the shoe... NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS only exchange of size at the cost of the customer to pay shipping. Again support your cause in a different way.

Neuropathy sucks

I can’t say enough about my how pleased I am with my shoes. I have neuropathy bad in my feet and these shoes have been a godsend. After wearing them about a month I tried to wear my other shoes and my feet flared up on me. Needless to say I’ll not be trying that again. I’m not saying they don’t hurt anymore but definitely not as much!

DO NOT PURCHASE!

DO NOT PURCHASE!!
I ordered a pair of shoes on 7/25/21. Today is 12/16/21- still no shoes. At first, “Jimmy” was responsive to my emails and explained shipping delays. I tried to be understanding. He then stopped responding even though my credit card was charged immediately. I contacted the BBB last month and still no reply or refund from this company. I’d rate a zero if it was an option.

If I could do 0 stars I truly would

If I could do 0 stars I truly would. Started off with great communication when I ordered on 8/10. On 8/14 I was told my shoes were in production and could take up to 12 weeks. A mass email was sent out in September explaining how long it takes to make the shoes and the delays caused by Covid (12 weeks). That would put my order done by 11/6. I have tried reaching out in every way I can with no response. Only to see they’re doing a BOGO sale which would significantly increase their already significantly delayed orders. I have had to dispute the claim with my bank. Writing this review on 12/9 and feel as though it is more than enough time for my order to be completed and shipped or at least an update regarding the delay. $80 isn’t the end of the world but it’s still $80 I spent with the intention of gifting the shoes to someone with lupus and having a donation made to the lupus foundation. I will donate directly instead and have requested my order be cancelled.

UPDATE! I reached out on social media asking for my order to be cancelled over 4 months after placing my order. Immediately got a message back saying he gives updates on Facebook…he was not my friend so couldn’t find me on Facebook and I was never told to reach out on Facebook. He was not the nicest but to be fair, neither was I. But I didn’t swear at him or anything of the sort. I just wanted an update. Towards the end of the circling conversation, he sent me a picture of my finished product with a post it with my order number. He told me I would shortly get a tracking number. Which I replied I would cancel my dispute claim with my bank once I got the tracking number. I never got the tracking number but the shoes suddenly showed up at my house the day before my claim would have been finished. Shoes are great! Look so nice, nice fit, product is fantastic. Everything but the product is terrible. Really bummed because the idea is great! But it’s such a headache to get the product or even an update that I wouldn’t order from here again.

Non-existent communication

**Update: I was informed Dec. 13 that they were still waiting on the side anchor for one shoe (no change since early November when I was told the same thing). At that point, I asked for a refund since the order had already taken more than twice the amount of time the company stated upon initial order. I was told no refunds would be granted. It has now been 20 weeks waiting for an order that was to take 8 weeks at most, and the company is not willing to do anything to rectify the situation.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed my order for one pair of shoes August 21. My first email asking for a status update was October 12. Jimmy replied October 14 saying they were waiting on side anchors and my order was moved to the front of the line. I asked for a status two weeks later via email and never received a response. I called customer service after giving another two weeks for a response. At that time I was told my left shoe was complete, but the anchors for the right shoe were warped and had to be redone. No time frame could be given for completion at that time. I’ve since been unable to talk to anyone, as it goes straight to voicemail each time I call. I’ve left multiple messages requesting a call back over the past few weeks with no reply. I commented with some of this information on one of their Facebook ads this evening and was immediately blocked from the thread (as was another person who was in the same boat I’m in).
I understand supply issues, which is why I’ve waited twice the maximum time stated on the order form to leave a review. At this point, with no communication from them, I’m forced to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges.

They pretty much just grab the money and ignore you

Ordered a pair of shoes for my wife on June 29th, 2021. Haven't heard anything even after a couple of emails and questions on Facebook. In fact, they deleted some of my posts on there. I ordered the shoes as my daughter has cancer and my wife fell in love with the idea. Now going on five months we have essentially just been ripped off. I have honestly thought about contacting the state attorney General and probably will do so unless by some miracle they refund the money in the next few days.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a pair of shoes for Lymphoma Awareness on 6/3/21 In memory of my Dad who battled lymphoma for fifteen months before succumbing to this wretched disease. It is now November 19th, 2021 (169 days from when I placed my order) and I have not received my shoes. The customer service for this company is nonexistent - repeated emails looking for order status go unanswered. Have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Delayed, no communication

I ordered shoes on September 1st, 2021. When ordering they do tell you it could be 8 weeks before delivery. For the cause, as my son has DS, I was willing to wait. At 8 weeks, I did not see them at my house. So I began checking on the order. It just stated they were in production. I gave it a week to see if they would be delivered. At week 9, I began doing my own research and found that they had production issues and covid issues. Even though many businesses have these issues, I gave them a pass because of the cause. I then see they are starting new products, and this is frustrating. It is now week 11, I have not been contacted by the company, I have not been given a reason, nor have they tried to even apologize in an email. Again, I have grace because of the cause. I would not recommend a company who does not communicate due to their own issues. Maybe they are low staffed, but with all the bad reviews I am now seeing, they should figure something out.

I ordered shoes on June 27th and it…

I ordered shoes on June 27th and it took 16 weeks. Your card is charged immediately. I understand delays, but I don't understand the attitude towards customers when asked about them. Seems to give everyone the same excuses I got. 1st covid, then supply chain, then the anchors weren't in,"its just my wife and I" (then hire help) then quality control , etc. If qualify control were an issue then my right sneaker would NOT be falling apart after 2 X wearing them and waiting 16 weeks. New products should not even be added when you are so backed up on orders from summer. The company is in over their heads in my opinion and $89 for sneakers falling apart after wearing twice is unacceptable.

Unprofessional and dismissive.

After expressing my concerns of a company who represents "supporting autism" calling the Autistic community bullying group, my comment was removed and I was blocked on their page.
So I called the company. The phone was handed off quickly to someone else who wouldn't introduce themselves or state who they were for the company. He mocked me when I asked, sorry, who are you? I was just speaking to a woman with "well now it's a man" I asked my reason for calling. How is a company who supports Autism talking over the community and calling them names? He interrupted me with he likes the puzzle piece and doesn't like the infinity symbol (not answering my question) then hung up on me. I was then blocked from calling back.
This company doesn't care about the Autistic community nor do they conduct their company in a professional manner.

Disrespectful, Silences Autistic Voices.

This company uses an offensive symbol to represent autism, which the Autistic community has spoken out against. When Autistics and allies commented on their advertisements for shoes with the offensive symbol, MyCause Brand repeatedly referred to the Autistic community as "an internet bullying group", then proceeded to remove the comments from Autistics and allies and disabled commenting. When MyCause Brand received multiple negative BBB reviews due to silencing Autistic voices speaking out against their offensive products, they claimed the reviews weren't legitimate, and continued to accuse advocates of bullying and defaming them. MyCause Brand is disrespectful and hateful toward Autistics and actively silences Autistic voices.

Silences Autistic Voices

Company uses an outdated, offense symbol to portray autism and silences voices of autistic adults. A friend tried to calmly tell them on Facebook why the puzzle piece considered offensive and their response was to report their comment as hate speech and block them from the page. I will never buy from this company again and will be spreading the word to everyone I know.
