Never received the shoes I ordered and company went out of business.

This company took my money and I never received the infant loss awareness shoes for my daughter . This company is now permanently closed . Shame on you !

Ordered a pair of shoes to support my son who has epilepsy only to never receive the shoes or hear back from the company. I’ve reached out several times and it has been 10 months..

I ordered a pair of shoes in October of 2021. I received an email on November 2, 2021 stating that my order was in production. I tried to follow-up with the company several times in regards to the status of the order but received no response. I disputed the charges with the bank who reverse the charges but Klarna send a communication that my credit would be affected if the full amount was not repaid.

Ordered 9/13/21 and never got my shoes, 2 pairs of sneakers. The company had excuse after excuse and their FB says closed permanently as of 4/30/22 and to ask your bank to refund. Way past that point. AND I found the same person running another similar company taking orders!! Look up mycausefootwear.com - yes, taking orders and Jimmy running it!!! Sickening to hide behind a cause and scam people, especially people with life altering diseases.

This is sad I have stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer and my husband ordered both a pair of shoes and the blanket for me January 2022 and it is July 2022 and they have yet to respond back to us and we have not received product or a refund. This place needs to be shut down and the person or people behind this scam need to be prosecuted. Shame on all of you taking advantage of people dealing with life threatening and debilitating diseases.

Absolute scam. Ordered back in August 2021, was told in October that all orders take 8 weeks (and that they had a 3 week delay from covid). July 2022 and no shoes, no refund, and the company appears to have ghosted all social media and appears permanently closed.

Waited over a year for my indegogo order and 2 other pairs of shoes! They closed and have yet to send me my product or refund my $280

Ordered shoes on December 9, 2021 and have not received them yet. No response from email or messenger and very disappointed.

Echoing the experience of others below, i placed an order in february, and still no shoes or keychain. The company will not respond to emails, phone messages on the customer service line, chats on their website. I don't want to believe i have been scammed by a cancer support website, but that appears to be the case.

Order Placed on January 14, 2022 and received multiple shipping updates explaining the long process, but then at the 8 week mark, I sent another email and got no response. I have sent 4 different emails and contacted them through their website multiple times as well and have not heard back. I am very disappointed with how this turned out to be considering it was all supposed to go to a good cause.

I had bought something from this company last year. Took about 6 months to get my shoes. Understood because they were made there and they were a small business. However, in October and November 2021 I ordered 2 jackets and 2 more pair of shoes which I have never received. Of course I knew it would take awhile because of my first order. It's not May I have no shoes and My Cause has gone out of business. They said we would get an email and refund on April 20. To day, May 27 I have received NOTHING!! Can't do anything because I paid with a debit card and it's past 60 days so bank can't do anything. Very sad $300 gone. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I ordered 2 items in Jan '22. I emailed them after 2 months of not receiving anything and that's when they told me it could take up to 6 months for delivery. Today marks month 5 and I wanted to hear the progress. Unfortunately there's no phone number to call (how wonderful of them to leave out that option), so I messaged them through fb and that's when I discovered there messenger is down! Now I spent $150 + , can't get a hold of anyone = SCAM. I'm very disappointed, hurt, and angry because I ordered my items while I was waiting on my husband during his surgery! These items mean a lot to me (like I'm sure they do to the others who have ordered). I just want my money back or my 2 items (and I'm sure neither will happen 🤬). Extremely upset and disappointed!

I order shoes that my granddaughter wanted because her Dad was fighting with Cancer. Ordered early October 2021. It is now May 2022!! Called several times they were “Waiting on side anchors”. Now like others it appears they have taken down web sight and don’t answer phones. Over $200 gone to these people. I am so pissed off! Find these people and get my money back!

This company is a fraud! They don't send you your shoes and now I can't reach them. Horrible to scam people with an illness or disability.

I ordered two pairs of shoes in August of 2021. I was getting email updates for two weeks. Then the emails stopped. I tried calling, they informed me they were waiting on a couple final pieces before they could be completed and shipped. It’s March of 2022 and I’ve received no contact from them and I still don’t have the shoes I ordered.

I was so excited to receive my shoes. I ordered in August 2021. It is January 3022 and I have yet to receive my shoes nor have I had much luck when it has come to communication with the company. They always say to call but I never get a call back. I have called, emailed and fb messaged them with no replies other than the automated ones. I’m really disappointed.

15 weeks in and fully paid for order still not received. Company has stopped responding to inquiries. The fine print on their website has been updated to say ‘expect your order to take 6 months’ but this is not obvious when you order and is a completely absurd premise. They remove negative comments on their FB ads, page and group but you can occasionally catch the angry customers posts who all say the same. How sad to take such a noble concept, ruin it with such atrocious customer service and take people’s money with no product fulfillment. Do not do business with My Cause.

So I was so frustrated with not getting a response from this company I thought for sure it was a scam. I bought the sneakers 10/1 and I have continued to call/email with no response. I saw someone on here who said they reached out to the people on Facebook and then got a response…. Just FYI I went on and private messaged my cause brand and someone answered me right away. Apparently the small business is only 2 people and they are extremely busy. I think it is taking people an average of 5 months or so to get the product.

Ordered the childhood cancer shoes with the gold and grey ribbon as well to support pediatric brain cancer. Love the shoes great way to show support! It did take a while to receive my order but I called them and they were backed up due to covid.
