HORRIBLE SUPPORT by the company when contacting them on their two whatsapp nos., main no.086249 47712 and their manager rep 09022094373. Purchased from them twice in the past by providing them ebay links.

Most recently late Oct 2024 where dispatch timeframe given was 2-5 weeks. Waited till end of first week Dec 2024 to get details on their main whatsapp no. ending with 7712 where as usual they kept giving very vague responses after stretching the whole day or two for a simple query. Asked them multiple times going into second week of Dec 2024 and they were still having no clue after which due to their further lack of response I had the order cancelled.

End of Dec 2024, between 27-28 the rep sends me a whatsapp message stating parcel has arrived as per order no. By then another 4 weeks passed over the previous 4 weeks, total 8 weeks for them to contact me about it. Initially I refused but decided to purchase again on end of the first week of Jan 2025. After receiving the order they sent slow and vague shipping updates of bluedart which eventually got sorted.

Today, as I was interested in placing my 3rd order with them considering the defects of their company and willing to deal with them, I shared ebay links of a seller in China selling a vintage Nintendo DS Lite console initially which they said they can assist ONLY to take the whole day to reply back that they cannot after delaying over two days and then when I provided an alternate link of a seller located in USA again these impotent clowns take the whole day to reply back NO they cannot assist.

In short, avoid Mx2Games for items available abroad such as ebay or amazon. After you share links with these lazy clowns they will either not reply to you for many hours or days, by which time the item goes out of stock elsewhere making the links invalid. After delaying these people ask to share same links again very late at night that were shared multiple times in their chat history of main whatsapp no.086249 47712. By then customer is either sleeping or busy at work. Lastly, if you do get lucky they will order for you stating 2-5 weeks dispatch but will dispatch months later after giving vague responses like dumb lazy call center reps do.

You are better of ordering directly from seller abroad to your address as all items in their website for ex. 44500 INR item will have shipping/customs already calculated in it. So 40000 INR for item PLUS 4500 they take their share of shipping/customs/profit margin. Ordering directly to your address from abroad without Mx2 Games you can sometimes save on customs by either not getting charged an import fee or a subsidized amount compared to what mx2 charges. Will NOT be buying from this company anymore. Don't fall for the fake positive reviews with photos. Probably paid reviews to keep their sinking scam business going.

Regarding the order 200411,ordered a whoop arm band,they said 3 to 6 weeks. Ordered on 21st Nov, still no info,first they said it's in customs. After that when I asked for a refund,they said tomorrow, and after that no reply. It's very unprofessional and they are duping the customer. It's a false website,they just take money and no info afterwards. Please do not fall for this false site. Have lost 6199 rs.to this website.

I ordered a Mobapad M6 HD controller on November 16th, 2024. Their website promises dispatch within 1–4 weeks, yet it's now been over 6 weeks, and they still haven't processed my order. The only responses I’ve received are excuses—delays from their shipper, customs issues, and other unconvincing justifications.

Their customer service is absolutely appalling, with delayed and unhelpful replies. I have lost all trust in this company and will initiate a credit card chargeback if I do not receive a full refund in the next few days.

Avoid this company at all costs. Don’t waste your time or money on their false promises and incompetent service!

bought an 8bit do adapter, received in 3 days. bought multiple Nintendo e-shop codes at MRP, which is not available anywhere else. they replied quickly on WhatsApp too.

Scam website stay away
As reviewed by everyone , anything on the site which says 2-5 weeks , don't order it ,just save your money . They say cancellation not possible till 2-3 weeks and then they say we have asked the company for cancellation and make you wait two more weeks . This is second time i am ordering from them the first time they delivery rg35xxh almost 5 weeks later with faulty memory card and old os the device dint start for more than a week after contacting mx2 back to back for a week , they just used to reply we have contacted the supplier , we have contacted the supplier and don’t provide any type of support i then contacted the anbernic company and watched many youtube videos and sorted the device. Dont expext any kind of service or help from mx2 after delivery, secondy delivery displayed as 1-2 weeks will be delivered in 5weeks and anything displayed as 2-5 weeks , forget it pls …dont even bother to order it after 2-3 weeks they will say supplier is not processing the order and say they will ask for cancellation and process the refund after 1-2 weeks thats i almost 5 weeks of your hard earned money in someone else’s hand. They do not have any stocks or keep all the products listed in their startup , they are just middlemen who just place order and don’t provide any type of support for the product. And the arrogance with which they reply after keeping you hard earned money for 2+ weeks you can check in the screenshot .
….its been 24 days now no update yet and no response from the support team also.
Today i got a response saying the supplier has shipped the product there was delay of two weeks from supplier sider. And then again when i asked saying tell me properly if the order is shipped or i will cancel the order …the support team says ok we will cancel the order tomorrow. After 24 days of waiting this is whats happening , stay away from the site and save your hard earned money .

It's a scam website, They take the product money and keep it in their account for 3 months for interest from the bank and return the money so that the customer doesn't give police complaint. They are not selling anything they are an illegal company. Please be aware!

Don't buy imported products .Worst delivery time for imported product plus no tracking details provided ,website has no update on the order .

I ordered xreal air 2 pro + xreal beam bundle and xreal adaptor from this website. It took 1 month to receive the products. But all delivered in good condition and in genuine xreal packaging. Initially I was worried after 3 weeks, but mx2games responded all my queries over WhatsApp and provided estimated delivery dates.

I may not be able to speak on everybody's behalf as the delivery process might not be the same for all...but I assure you that, if it is drones[DJI] that you want nothing beats this site....the price difference between other sites and this is just crazy..What makes this site different is the long delivery time of about 5 weeks total [for me]..but well worth it...I highly recommend this site for buying drones.

They sent a faulty abernic rg35xx plus product and they are not responding or replacing the product they just are replying we will check on it , worst service and fraud . Please don't order from here .

I spent around 50k on a PSVR2, pushing 4 days, still not shipped, not picked up, the guy on whatsApp ignores queries and texts, ignores calls makes it seem like I am bothering him by calling him and asking for an update. Gave me a fake tracking ID which has no updates. Blatantly avoiding me and being shady. m PLEASE AVOID MX2GAMES.

It has been alomst 5-6 weeks since I have order a Logitech G923 Racing wheel for 38k. They keep saying that indian customs and delaying and keep saying will update, will update. very pathetic services. The customer care needs to improve.

Recently purchased Final fantasy 7 rebirth.
