Complete scam

Complete scam! I have spent 33k on a collector edition. First they promise updates every Sunday. After no response, Their refund team kept saying that the product is stuck at customs and they need funds and asked me to wait for a month. I used to get discs from them. Could anyone get the police IT cell to block this site and arrest these people. It is basically like a scam call centre now running managing this site.

Update - 2months since order - they seem to block my number or not answering for refund despite promise. I just noticed that they changed their WhatsApp number. Please don’t buy anything from them. I don’t know why this site is still up.

Update 2
For victims of the scam, the address of this scammer is in this address
Plugkart
1st Floor, Monarch Plaza, 54, Brigade Rd, Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001
Do whatever you want with the scammer.

They scammed me and many others

They scammed me, they ask for money upfront for the order you place and when you reach out to them some after weeks, they just don’t answer your queries or give vague answers. They have recently started scamming people, I see alot of recent reviews of people, stating the exact same incident with them. Also if you see, their IG page is also removed. My money is gone, I accept it, probably file a customer grievance case against them because they ain’t gonna refund you otherwise. Please listen to what others and even I would say, don’t buy anything from them!!

MX2Games is SCAM. Beware

I made a purchase of a camera on 23rd February 2025 using my credit card. Shortly after the transaction, the company contacted me, suggesting that I cancel the order and instead make the payment via Google Pay (GPay) in exchange for additional discounts. I declined, stating that I preferred to proceed with the credit card payment.

Despite repeated assurances, the company failed to ship the product for months. Eventually, they informed me that, due to tariff changes under the Trump administration, they were unable to import the item. I then requested a refund, which they acknowledged and assured would be processed within 14 days. Unfortunately, after the 14-day period, I found that no action had been taken. I believe I have been misled.

It now appears that this company may be engaging in fraudulent practices—advertising products, collecting payments, and holding on to customer funds for extended periods before refunding (if at all), potentially misusing these finances.

I have never got my full refund till 30th May 2025.

Please, everyone, this is a fraudulent company. I need your support to move legally.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with @mx2games

I placed an order on 8th March for a few Lenovo accessories, with a promised delivery time of 3–4 weeks. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received the products. I then requested a refund, which was acknowledged—but it’s been over two months, and I’ve received neither the items nor the refund.

Poor customer service, false promises, and zero accountability.
Would not recommend.

Defective Meta Quest 3 - Mx2 doesn't offer a replacement

I recently bought a Meta Quest 3 from mx2games.com where I contacted mx2 before hand to ask whether they'll replace the item in case of defect. And they said yes if the item has an issue they'll replace it I just have to send the video with the defect.

I bought the quest and when I received it had a depth sensor issue where it was not able to correctly measure my hand depth showing around 10-15 cm distance between my actual and virtual hands. This issue causes confusion in VR/MR apps as your virtual hands are far away than where they should be.
I sent them the recording with the defect on the same day I received the item but its been 3 months and they've not responded whether they'll replace the item or not.

Just a suggestion to mx2 games to have some ethics. I bought the item only after clarification that it can be replaced in case of defect and now they're backing off and ghosting me.

Mx2Games is a SCAM — Avoid at All Costs!

Mx2Games is a SCAM — Avoid at All Costs!

I am writing this review to alert others before they get cheated like I did.

On February 8, 2025, I placed a prepaid order (Order No. 211968) for a Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7 Graphics Card worth ₹104,999.

Till today — no delivery, no refund.

The business owner initially gave fake promises, saying a refund was on the way. But nothing happened. Now, he has completely stopped responding to calls and messages. This is a clear case of fraud.

This company is running a scam. DO NOT trust them.
If you're considering buying from Mx2Games, DON'T. You risk losing your hard-earned money.

I urge everyone to report this company and share this review widely to protect other buyers. Let’s not let more people get scammed.
