Ordered the 512gb steam deck back in April 2023, since at that time it's availability was scarce elsewhere.

Got product in perfect condition and product delivery tracking was always on point.

Ordered a Transformers Optimus Prime FigPin action figure on the 15th of August - was told it was to come from the USA. Estimated delivery was 1-4 weeks and its been over 4 weeks now and still no delivery and no updates.
When gotten in touch with customer care, they are being extremely rude and unprofessional - no clarity on if the order is even shipped or not or when it will come, plus there is no tracking available - which raises suspicion if the delivery is even legit or not.
When asked for an update, customer service directly says take your money back we dont want your order.
I had Ordered it for my friend's birthday who is a big fan of Transformers, but her birthday is gone now and I couldn't give her the gift and received even worse service from Mx2 games. Absolutely horrible

I have ordered Kindle scribe from them on 11 aug, it had been 3 weeks and no information has been given about product delivery date or Transit. It is Just showing in process since 3 weeks.
Very bad sevice with very poor customer care.
Do not recommend buying from them.

I ordered diablo 3 xbox code @799 from mx2games, after paying money via gpay ,some one asking me to activate the code via vpn turkey. Full misleading….i bought xbox series x from them that time they were good but now pathetic….even after so many messages they not replying…they just doing illegal business that cause someone precious account a permanent ban

I bought Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom from Mx2Games and not only did they sell it new cheaper than Amazon and Flipkart, the delivery was made before expected! I did Cash on Delivery to test the legitimacy of the website and from next time, I am going through prepaid route as usual. 10/10

Placed the order for the Steam Deck on 19th May, received on 22nd. Great condition and packaging was pretty secure. Customer support is prompt as well.

I don't know what changed or how a lot of people are giving highest rating and reviews. I ordered a gaming wheel for which they didn't send any details. After asking multiple times over 3-4 days all i got was "sending details soon". After that stopped receiving my calls replying. After 10 days they said can't fulfill order will send refund. Again no updates or replies on refund. Kept my 36k for 10 days with false promises and now no updates on refund. Most pathetic and unprofessional service i have seen.

I bought a (imported)steering wheel from them, paid before, but due to logistics issues of the product being stuck in transit, they refunded me without any stall & i was able to get the details of my product any point in time. These guys are genuine, go ahead with your purchase👍🏻
