Bought 12,7 didn't work,replaced no problem but one of those didn't work ,replaced again.now 1 stopped working and another last for about 1 hour.given up

I purchased the 6 pack of Better Boxes which are brilliant. They hold so much and look better in the spare room than the usual plastic storage boxes. We were so pleased we ordered 4 of the under bed storage boxes which fit perfectly and are easy to move in and out. Unfortunately, one of the handles came away yesterday as I was moving the box and I contacted the company as I'd only had them a couple of months. The issue was dealt with immediately and I can't rate their customer service highly enough.

Easy ordering process. Website was intuitive and delivery was one day ahead of schedule which was excellent service. Haven’t tried the product yet but that will come in the next week. Based on this experience Highly recommended.

Product is surprisingly good. I am skeptical about any gushing video that sells any product these days, or give high star ratings as I always feel the content is manufactured by the seller. For £50 the Aqua Cordless Jet Pro felt it was worth the risk.

The product assembly instructions are useless and so I had to search on YouTube. I wish the carry case was colour coded so you can easily put back the 11 component parts afterwards. That said, if you dont easily have access to a mains supply or outside tap, this little water gun blasts small areas well, but after a few minutes you obviously have to fill the bucket again. It’s perfect for very specific, cramped cleaning problems. Would give 5stars if instructions were more logical.

I had a couple of questions before purchase. I have to use email and wasn't expecting such a quick response. My questions were answered and there was no problems once ordered. It was easy to find my items and I paid for them as I wanted. Delivery was super quick and I received my items that I'd seen on the must have ideas TV show.
