I ordered my iron saying two day…

I ordered my iron saying two day delivery but when I completed the order it took over 3 weeks to arrive. Every day your advert was saying 2day delivery even though the item was on back order

Good service ordered a few things now all good quality products now the down side you say your a family bisuness so why our you e .ailing me out 1 45 am in the bloody morning im deaf so my phone is always on loud and youve woken my children this is not the first time if you our a family run buisness you just not be e mailing people at ridicoules times
