Products not as advertised, cheap shoddy materials, long wait, have to pay for returns to CHINA! (not as it seemed on website a Netherlads company) all in all a waste of time and money. BEWARE

They advertise orthopedic shoes but it is not. No support or padding on the sole. No point in offering a money back guarantee if you have to send it back to China. The courier costs are almost the same price as the shoes. Stay away.

Total scam site. I paid for leather boots and what arrived, after 6 weeks, we're the cheapest, most ugly plastic boots I've ever seen. Quite funny really!

Don't waste your money!

First of all the company I thought are in Netherlands but import cheap quality coats from China. My order took 20 days to arrive, I don’t mind but when opened package was wrinkled not right size much smaller, no tag to indicate the size, and the sleeves short. Asked for my refund of 85 pounds they declined instead want to give me 15 percent off next purchase. There won’t be next purchase as I won’t shop again from them Never had to deal with anything like that before. No one I ordered from declined my return. Don’t know what to do!

i bought an autumn jacket from this shop which appears to operate in China. It took about 8 long weeks to receive it. it came with poor quality, wrong size and description, and even difficulty in returning the item and receiving a refund.
It is not a good shop/company and would not recommed it to anyone.
avoid it at all cost.

I was promised 3-5 day free delivery. I had not been advised the product was from China.
I first had to pay duty to South Africa. The product was only released in China after I paid
I ordered red trainers. They sent grey ones. They've made half hearted offers of discount on my next purchase - and I can keep the shoes to save me the cost of having to return the shoes. It's their error Why should I pay to return it. I've told them I either want the RED shoes I ordered or my money refunded. I do not want the grey ones and will gladly return them if the send me a "return paid" voucher.
Now they've gone quiet on me.

Like others if I could give this company ZERO stars or even a MINUS star I would. The experience has been bad from start to finish. Poor customer service to say the least. low grade products too. Do NOT fall for the website promises of returns. "you can exchange or return your order at any time within 30 days, even without reason." They have no intention of honouring that - the website is a front for a company with no ethical trading code they intend to abide by. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - this is not worth your risk. Its dodgy to say the least as there is clearly china based and not abiding by legal trading standards.
I ordered and cancelled within minutes of the order and tried to intercept it a number of times and then return it. They then tried to say it was my cost to return it. The company has forfeited my trust.

The order arrived and had oily marks on the front. Contacted company for return and refund. They offered discount if next purchase. Contacted again and to try and get refund but they went quiet no message. Waste of money as item unwearable and no option to refund. AVOID

Scam website. Please do not waste your money. Delivery took several weeks. And only a couple of items actually delivered. And the ones that did were not matching what I ordered. Eg ordered a pair of sunglasses but received frames with a clear lense.

Terrible!! Do not shop here. Not good quality and does not look like promotional picture. I ordered what looked like an oversized Mac.
Now I just want to change it up to XL as the medium fits but I wanted it oversized for my daughter. They don't seem to want to change it... making it very very difficult, had to send a video. Still waiting to hear. As it stands it just looks like a cheap coat. And NOT warm! Typical Chinese scam posing as a German company.

Scammers I think people should take legal action on this company they are thief

Total scam. Ordered cashmere got cotton. Won't return or refund. This was a Chinese ripoff. Knock off. I have an address and may go there myself. Probably a big warehouse. Disgusting service.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality which is at the level of a product for 5 €. the shoes were wrinkled and packed like rolls in a bag. the size is two sizes smaller or they are also small..

I ordered two of the same fine knit "sweaters" in different colours, costing £29.99 each. What arrived were not sweaters at all, but cheap, thin cotton long-sleeved t-shirts! When I contacted the company, they refused to accept a return.

After numerous emails and being repeatedly dismissed with automated replies, I had no choice but to take the matter further with my bank, and reported the company as being a SCAM. Extremely poor customer service and misleading product descriptions – I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

My items were supposed to be cashmere. No care label, no content label and no resemblance to what is on their website.
I have been emailing them to send me returns info but computer Emma just keeps churning out the same old

I ordered a dress for a special occassion on 26 September 2025, and didn't get any dispatch updates. Eventually, a month later, I emailed them to cancel the order and demanded a refund. They immediately responded to say my order had been dispatched. My dress arrived on 11 November, almost 2 months after the order. The 2 stars are for the fact that the dress was in good condition, and looked like the pictures. Would I order from this company again? I'm afraid not.

Absolutely awful company,do not order anything from them, placed an order 6 weeks ago, I emailed them a number of times , finally got a response, Kept asking me to update my address,I had done that when ordered, never again will I use there website.

Do not buy from this company!! The item I ordered was supposed to be a faux leather aviator jacket in size 3XL. The material is cheap and nasty and the sizing totally inaccurate, it wouldn't fit a child. I would feel embarrassed donating the item to charity. I have asked for a refund, but having looked at other reviews, I am not holding out much hope! Like others I feel I have been scammed!

Ordered a €50 item on October 7th. I haven't received the parcel, nor have I received the tracking link, and I haven't heard from them after sending a few emails. I tried the tracking feature on their website, and it says the item hasn't been shipped yet.

I bought a garment that was advertised as luxury cashmere. It referred to luxury cashmere many times in the product description. The garment arrived didn't look cashmere at all so I checked the label. It was a cotton blend with 0% cashmere. I wrote to complain about this and they simply wrote back saying that the garment I purchased was the right one. They didn't reference the point of the complaint. Don't use this website. They are selling poor quality items and advertising them as luxury
