Appalling. Didn’t process my withdrawal and after I sent in all my ID and details they still proceeded to ignore my live chat messages and my email I have sent in to customer services. I would like to write a complaint to a head office if possible or I will be taking this the legal route.

my funds are being withheld with no reason and completely ignored by customer services. today i have started legal action this company is a fraud do not sign up to mr spin or any company associated with them

Almost three weeks now since my withdrawal request and these thieves are still refusing to approve/process my withdrawal despite providing over and above what they’ve asked for in terms of documentation, but also I’ve since closed my account too. Now they’re just fobbing me off.

Avoid at all costs. Thieves!!

Scammers. Took my deposits willingly. I tried to withdraw on one occasion, had to supply further identification, which should really be asked for on registration. I provided everything and still have not received my funds nor had any response. It’s been weeks.
Managed to find contact information on companies house and am now pursuing it through small claims. Fingers crossed. Happy to provide information to any others who’ve been had the same experience. I can see there are many from the awful reviews.
Fruity King, MFortune, JeffBet, MrSpin…. And many more. The List is countless. All owned and run by the same thieves.
Be warned they write their own ‘good’ reviews too! AVOID!

One of the worst Ive come across avoid this site wins drop and it doesn't pay

They not paying me out I spend money but when I want withdraw it’s on pending pass 3 days provided my id and everything still pending they have accepted my documents but no payout u can’t email or do live chat fake company taking people money.

I used to love mr spin but past few months have been terrible even when I've had obvious wins on the slots it's not paid.. then when I have had wins through bonus and my own cash they have put the wagers so high its been impossible to actually withdraw any winnings at all.. I don't know what has happened to mr spin which used to be fun to play but after my last few experiences I will never play on mr spin again

Customer service I personally don't they have anybody dealing with that side of there business

I was playing one of there games 5 days ago when the game crashed on a win so took a screenshot straight away and emailed them

Very very disappointed. Customer services are slow to respond and just use templete responses.

Withdrawals are also painfully slow - in days where we now see instant withdrawals from most companies, MrSpin take far too long and leave you with very little confidence. It's a shame as I enjoyed playing with them....but have been very let down once I started winning

Fun to play but never pay out without drama. Now saying they need any my bank statements and earnings again for a £10 deposit this month! Over a withdrawal of £16.89! Scammers. Always a drama happy to take your money but never pay out without a battle that takes weeks. 7 messages on live chat now and still no response. Emailed and no response.

Customer service is a joke, had a issue with payments being added to my phone that I wasn’t aware of, after waiting to speak to someone I get told it’s not there problem and my responsibility

Edit: I’ve reached the what appears to be inevitable wall in play and withdrawal. It’s such a shame because it’s a fun app but overall doesn’t seem to be worth it. Changed from 2 stars to 1 star.
I’ve not had any issues withdrawing like others have said, although the last one is still pending after 3 days so far so will update if there gets a fuss. So far enjoying it though!

Really good site to be honest, as is any of the sites on the intouchgames brands webpage, every month a new game comes out and they offer some free spins to try it. Beat the wagering requirements of the bonus money more than once and once verified you normally get your withdrawals on the same day, so zero complaints from me.

Did anyone actually receive winnings from this company? Been completely ignored for 14 days after supplying I.D Phone Bill, Bank Statement, Proof of Bill Payment the list goes on.

Update on this company's policy when they rob you and you prove them wrong they will simply close your account! They will pay out when it suits them, they are causing family's stress and heartache, I hope the owner loses everything he has and has to live on the streets.... scum!

The worst company to use don’t let them have your money I have been using them for over 5 months now have spend 1000’s every time I win the expect me to send them a copy of my phone bill, which has paid even though I’m using my bank card to top up my account with my own money they are still withholding my funds I would advise anyone not to use mr spin also the customer service a shocking and not helpful at all.
