signed up on this terrible site over a year ago, cancelled my account and asked them to sending me emails. i get on average 10 to 20 emails every day, i have made contact with them again and asked them to stop but nothing.
when are these companies going to be brought to justice, are government are short of useless.

Never even used them before but get about 60 emails a day from them. Unsurprisingly their unsubscribe option does not a single thing so reported it to the NCSC.

Had 30 pounds in my account and then it closed and didn't reply on customer services and it's taken my money and closed my account

Won over 5k last year after a years worth of deposits and never got my money they closed my account and then blocked me

Site should be shut down along with there sister sites

Been waiting 5 days for my withdrawal of £140 it's still pending on my account. Now saying the site has had to close.

Been waiting 4 days for a £50 withdrawal!!! Was told.on live chat it would be sorted today by noon!! Still.pending and now the gambling commission have suspended their licence!! Still should be allowed to withdraw though apparently!!

Hi had sent mr spin accidently 15.00 when I realised I emailed them twice no response from them at all its not there's so should send it back yo me

Tried to withdraw £50 asked for my bank statement,my phone bill,my id and forgot the other but avoid this site at all costs absolutely ridiculous they are just trying to hold on to money, closed my account after 2 days

Started off ok .but then realises this company just messes you about asking for the same I.d over and over again …still waiting for my last withdrawal even thou I have had 4 previously .something not right with this company avoid at all costs

I have joined Mr spin last week. I have Deposited some-not a lot at all less than £50, and then won quite a bit. I withdrew it-had to send 3 lots of ID my driving licence, bank card and a utility bill. And then waited. About 4-6 hours later the ID was accepted so I could then withdraw my funds. It said it would take 3-4 days. This was on the 10th July. I got a text just saying withdrawal accepted and checked my bank and It has just been paid in now 2 days later. I was really sceptical reading these bad reviews and did think will I even get the money.
However, I have and with no issue to be honest at all.
Not sure why the negative reviews and why they are struggling with a pay out if sending all relevant information.
I shall use the site again. Many thanks Mr Spin x

Happy to take your money but does not like to payout once won.
Waited over a week now for my money and now have got no response from the email or live chat .
Stay away from this site fraud site .
Excuses was they need my bank statement and phone bill sent that over now been ignored for 2 days .
Stay well clear from this site .

I have just deleted my accounts with Mr spin and doctor slot honestly you think Ur up and have a win but wat you do win ends up on the bonus end and you can't cash out even tho I have deposited my self my own money what a joke but I do put 100 pound a time but still I have deleted it now so no more on here they need the money more than me

NoI have read the reviews and within 1 day of joining and winning this started with me, until I went to an adjudicator then live chat answered with the same stupid request. If you paid through pay pal yu can request a refund screen shot everything same with credit card and with phone bill report it as fraud people do not let them do this I know it's tiresome but you will win in the end, they might stop if we all stand together and do the same thing, the fca will get involved and hopefully they will be shut down good luck. So after aa bit of toing and froing, it's all about safety and affordable limits, if you upload correctly yr withdrawals are dealt with in a timely fashion, with no problems only down side that took away a star is the constant change of deposit limit I have, for no apparent reason. Which is a bit of a nightmare for me as I can't deposit now until August? And it is the best bingo site I have played on so yeah stick with it

Don't really know how to start.
I had been playing over a course of a few weeks and deposited over £200 pound. I eventually won £300. I immediately withdrew this. I had submit ID - first my phone bill. Then proof of address. Then a document with my DOB. All of which, I thought were satisfactory. Turns out they wasn't. 4+ times later trying to submit documents, they were finally approved (a week). The customer service is little - LiveChat took absolutely ages to get a response.
Anyhow, 2 weeks later, I have finally received my winnings through bank transfer.
Though, I can no longer log into my account, which is annoying.
The games are fun, easily understandable, and decent winnings so that gives the 3 star rating. But, the customer service department definitely needs some improvement.
After reading the reviews, I was beginning to get skeptical whether or not I would receive my winnings. Just be patient - and speak with LiveChat (when they respond).

Absolutely joke of a company 4 weeks you have held on to my money quick enough to take a deposit but as soon as you withdraw please send id. Which i have nearly 10 times customer services is a joke no one reply.

Bad company. They don't allow you to withdraw your money. How do I take my bank details off their system?

Absolute joke of a company! You can deposit with no issue but try to withdraw and they will simply ignore you, change amount to
Minimum and will leave you stuck on pending for ages. No way of contacting them as live chat is broken and they don’t respond to email.
