Clothes are nice with fantastic patterns but prepare for a very long waiting time, this time 3months! 😱

Never ever order from this peopl. They are scaners. First order in November. Than nothing till february 2. Than i cancel the order ant to this day no money. Just don’t do it!!!

Ordered Christmas presents in mid November, its February now, and I have just been informed that the items have been shipped. I have been purchasing from this brand for years, but after yet another hugely delayed delivery, I won't order again.

You have to know, that their supply time is about 100 days, so knowing that you will get excellent goods.

The clothes are fun but no matter what time of year you order, it will ALWAYS be incredibly delayed. The website should accurately reflect their actual manufacturing and shipping times so people can plan accordingly. I've ordered at least half a dozen times and each time, the shipment is at least 5+ weeks later than actually stated. If you're ordering for Christmas--place your order in the summer.

I will never buy anything from this company again.
They don't meet shipping deadlines, even if you pay extra for fasttrack. I was supposed to receive my package in 5 days, but after a lot of arguing, I received it in 3 weeks. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to WhatsApp, and sometimes they reply to emails. Their 100-day returns policy doesn't even work. At the end of the day, they decide whether I'll get a full refund.
I wanted to support a local company, but I fell for these scammers. I'm ashamed that this is a Polish company.

Good quality clothes , fun designs - from placing my order it took around 8 days to arrive. I’ll be ordering again soon.

The products are amazing! The quality is phenomenal in both the print and the feel of the shirts

Colors up close are not as vivid. The quality of the hoodies fabric is also not the best. Besides all, if you need to send it back, you will need to send it to Poland and you will need to cover the costs.

The order took more than two months to arrive. Prints were not exactly as shown in the pictures. Colour of one of the shirts I received was totally different. Poor customer service.

The garments Mr. Gugu & Miss Go provide are quality, I'll give them that, but their fulfilment and customer service are APPALLING. They are based in Poland, I am based in the UK - it's been a month now and I haven't even got a tracking number, let alone the item ordered.
At this level of unreliability it is effectively the same thing as being scammed outright - if I get my order long after I no longer need it, it's throwaway money all the same.

My order took almost three months to arrive. Every time I contacted customer service, they reassured me it would arrive “next week,” but this went on for weeks.

After two months of waiting, I requested a refund. Instead, they offered to send me two extra t-shirts if I kept my order. However, when the package finally arrived, it only contained the items I originally paid for—plus one low-quality t-shirt from another brand that was completely unusable. To make things worse, one of the three items I ordered arrived without a tag, making me suspect it was used and then returned.

While the designs are stylish—hence the website’s popularity—the material is cheap and likely won’t last long. Considering the excessive wait time, poor customer service, and disappointing quality, I won’t be ordering from this site again.

Been waiting for the shipment for 3 months.
They sent me a notice of a 2 week delay but its been past 2 weeks of that too.
Support never replied and i wrote to 3 different contacts.

Used to love them, cause the clothes are great. But apparently they changed to a complete disaster.
I ordered clothes in early November to get them by Christmas.

Since then they gave me 4 different dispatch times.

They give me a dispatch date, I email them on said date, and are being given a different date.

They do not even have CS good enough to message you about delays, you have to email them.

When asked to raise a complaint, the agent tried to cancel.my order, which I refused. The complaint was never raised.

At this point I am hoping that maybe this will be dispatched by next Christmas.

My experience with them is that they are not reliable, I placed an order with them at the beginning of October, they wrote Nov 20. I will receive it at the latest, now it is 18.01.2025. and my luggage is nowhere to be found, they are just teasing me right and left, so it's a miracle that the company is working, and not only I went there, but several hundred people, I want my money back because this is not normal, even in today's world, 3 months from Poland below, they are not able to send you a soft sweatshirt that you order to Hungary, and they are not cheap either. Anyway, I don't recommend the company to anyone.

After being a loyal customer for 10+ years I no longer order for them. In 2024 they moved their production to China and the products' quality decreased. Instead of the listed "30% Cotton, 70% Polyester" material you got products made of "50% Cotton, 50% Polyester" material. Which is heavy, rigid and some cheap shinny material. The stitching's color no longer match the color of the print (white thread for black print).

Ho effettuato un ordine il 5 ottobre, pagandolo immediatamente, ma dopo quasi due mesi non ho ricevuto nulla. Questa azienda si distingue per la totale mancanza di professionalità: risposte evasive, zero soluzioni e continui rinvii che dimostrano solo disorganizzazione o, peggio, malafede.

Non sono l’unico a essere stato truffato, e trovo vergognoso che un’azienda come questa continui a operare. Se non riceverò i prodotti entro il 8 dicembre, procederò legalmente per frode e continuerò a denunciare la situazione su tutte le piattaforme possibili.

Sconsiglio con tutto il cuore questa “azienda”. Non comprate nulla da loro: rischiate solo di perdere tempo, soldi e pazienza. Truffatori!

I placed an order on October 5, paid immediately, and after almost two months, I have received nothing. This company is completely unprofessional: evasive responses, no solutions, and endless delays that show either total disorganization or, worse, bad faith.

I am not the only one who has been scammed, and it is outrageous that a company like this continues to operate. If I do not receive the products by December 8, I will proceed with legal action for fraud and will continue to report this situation on every platform possible.

I strongly advise against this “company.” Do not buy anything from them: you risk wasting your time, money, and patience. Fraudsters!
