To be honest I was very cautionest and not that optimistic that quality and print would be as described on the website. Had enough bad experience with orders on other shops in the past.

This time I really was poitively suprised. The print is eeally detailled and the quality (haptic) of the shirts is really good. Recived the shirts from order till delivery within less than 2 weeks. I'll order again.

It was quick and easy to order things from Bittersweet Paris. Their website was also very direct and easy to understand. I have now ordered two different items, and I didn’t find anything that confused me.

Been waiting for 3months for them to ship my order. I think I was scammed for 250€. Avoid this shop.

They are lying about the product material. First, they offered 70% cotton and 30% synthetics (on the website), but the products they sent were the opposite. Feels plasticy and stiff. I like the designs, but the company has lost it`s quality over the years. When I sent a question about it to the customer service, they did not even bother to reply. PS before they were producing in Europe, now they are producing in China, so the delivery times are now 3-4 weeks, not 1-2 weeks as usual in EU.

I ordered joggers on 24th May as a birthday present as an alternative to Aloha from deer. But I couldn’t expect that the difference is huge. After waiting one month and receiving emails with notice of order coming closer I wrote to them. In the web-site the time of production is 30 days. They said to me in email that it is in fact 4-6 weeks which is 45 days. After 7 weeks/49 days I wrote to them that I want to return my money, cause I still don’t have the order. I got a notice from the paying system that the money is coming back in couple of days. At least money returning. But guyz, don’t order anything from there. Better “Aloha from deer” or “Mr. Gugu & Ms.Go”. Same concept and quality but at least you get an order in couple of weeks, not months.

I ordered three hoodies from the site, paying with PayPal. The site pledged that the hoodies would take 4 weeks to be delivered. The order was placed in April, and the hoodies only arrived today (June 24th) in Italy, where I live. As other reviews say, the wait is long, but I was readily informed through emails of the delays and fortunately wasn't in a hurry for getting these hoodies. I tried them on and I really liked the feel and the colours. Also, the quality of the prints is stellar. If you're not in a hurry, I'd definitely reccommend them.

Bittersweetparis made wonderfull t-shirts, high quality for a very good price. Delivery takes longer, must be patient, it’s worth it!

The overall quality of the hoodies and tshirts is ok, packaged well and everything as was in order.
The production process is horrible, ordered around mid February, received mid May (so almost 3 months passed), no feedback from the shop if order is being delayed, but are responding to the mails though (basically with info what your order is being delayed and if you initiate the conversation). Actually, was thinking this is a scam company, but after some stress, 3 months of waiting and giving up the order arrived.
Most likely Jesus himself makes their stuff only 2 days in a year - on Christmas and on Easter, at least that would explain why it took so long.

I ordered 3 hoodies and was not aware that production would take 4-6 weeks... This is copied from their website : 5.Order lead time is the sum of handing over the package to the delivery person and the time of package delivery. Seller shall hand over Goods to the delivery person within maximum 30 days from the order acceptance.
If i haven't seen progress in a week, i will report them to the police.

Horrible! Stuff was marked as readily available on website, after almost 2 months of waiting had to cancel the order and get last minute Christmas presents. Ordered in October! What a joke.

Clothing bought in Juli wont be send before october became the story today....

Only received a single e-mail that the cloths would be a little delayed, from the already 4-6 week delivery date!

Truely horrible

I buy there regularly. I like design, it is very original.
But I think, that in the past the materials were more comfortable for wearing

I made my order before I took a look in here. After that I was a little bit worried about, if I get my order or not.
But everything went well.
I get a notice that my order takes a little bit longer. After a message to the customer support I also get a quick repsonse.
In the end I received my order around 2 month after purchase.
Quality is quite good.

It is not a shop for a quick purchase but definitely worth it.
I would order again.

Amazing designs & coloured t-shirts with high quality materials. One of my favourite internet clothing brands :)

Today is the 2nd of may 2024 and I've just placed my second order, the review will be for the clothes (shirts, hoodies, pants, underwear) bought on 27.12.23.

The clothes are very light, yet surprisingly warm. The prints on them are still as vibrant and sharp as the pictures in the shop, even after more than a dozen washes.

The fabric itself shows no signs of degradation yet and even the stitchings are still in perfect order.

I've worn the rainbow kitty shirt and psychodelic cat hoodie the most and most people I've met really liked the designs. An unsuspected number of random people also told me and asked, where I bought the clothes.

tl;dr : Is nice, can recommend

Worse company ever, ordered oodie on 26/02 and on 27/02 got email saying there is delay on production and would be a little longer, emails for update and all got is we running late come back after 6 weeks is up! Now 6 weeks is up and still no update!
Extremely poor customer service! Potentially even a scam, now £50 down and no oodie!

Not to mention the T&C states clearly that item shall be delivered with in 30days!!

Absolutely disgusting and diabolical company don’t ever buy from them you will never get your item
