I ordered a bikini and received a completely wrong product (wrong size and wrong product). I messaged the customer service. You can send it back for 10€, which you don't get reimbursed, even if it was their mistake. Cheap quality from China. Just don't bother!

NEVER AGAIN. They treat a wish to return as criminal activity, they don't provide return address, they answer no emails when you ask, you need to send them pictures of why is your jacket too small, all to simply delay the return period and refuse to refund.

Order went ok, but that's more or less it. The ordered jacked was way too small. I immediately contacted them saying I want to return the jacket, but there is no return formular, I need to know where to send it back. They just delay and talk via email, refused to give me a return address. They ask for why I want to return (I had obviously written it before), and to send pictures of the return reason. Then I need to fill in a formular giving again the reasons for the return and the IBAN to which send the money. At that point, after 2 weeks of email exchange, they just stopped answering, still without giving me a return address. I opened a complain file on paypal, and then oh, miracle, they provided the return address. I send the jacket back and inform them via the paypal case that I am doing so. The tracking number says it is received, nothing from them. I contact them, I get an answer, "oh but you have to contact the seller when sending you know".... I did...

Summary: low quality service, they just want to gain time and not refund.

They are a cheat. My first and last time buying from Bombardina.They use polish domain while they sit in China. I ordered 2 bikinis size L but what I received fit X and one of them wasnt the color I wanted. From the moment I received the item, i emailed then that the size is not standard, I sent then many photos to show how terrible is the product and how poorly it is made, they played with me through emails for 4 weeks and now they say they cannot take back as it is over 2 weeks. I sent them e-mail to prove that from the day 1 I informed then that I want to return and no more reply.

No deadline for order fulfillment, no possibility to cancel your order, unwanted package must be returned at your own expense after unspecified arrival...

It is horrible experience - delivery and poor quality products for relatively high price. Be careful before ordering from this store, delivery was around 2 months and no such info before placing an order. Also product was different than the one shown on picture (probably 'borrowed' from different website...). Never ever shopping at bombardina.com or similar....

Shipping from China, therefore you need to wait at least 2 weeks, not 2-4 days as it says on the website. Quality of product is low.
