Ease of use of app.Price quoted before auction was best and final offer was more than acceptable.I was selling for my poorly father in law so a few more verification required.Took over a week to pick up which is slight negative. Pick up on tbe day was via motorways transport partner.Informed me an hour before arrival which was good as I needed to get to the father in laws house. Car was checked over and a prompt payment was made to tbe bank account. Slower than expected but smooth non the less.

Quite technically challenging !
The whole system is quite tricky in terms of requirements for a sale but once these hurdles were overcome the buyer was a joy to work with. Very professional and honest. So thank you Motorway for your help in successfully finding the right buyer.

The whole experience from start to finish was unbelievable efficient and professional. It’s the first time I’ve used Motorway and will definitely use them again in the future. Communication between all parties was excellent and it was very reassuring to receive the money before you transfer and give the keys over.

Didn't get the agreed sale price
The app was clunky and I had to call the help centre a few times regarding uploading documents. The process took a little longer than expected, nearly 3 weeks from auction to sale of car. On the day of the collection I was strongly haggled down by the dealer and took £500 less than the agreed price for things that I had listed in the profiling. I didn't have to accept the offer but the man that came to inspect the car said if I relisted it, it was likely to happen again as all the dealers bid high knowing they are going to offer you less on the day for almost invisible scratches etc. I still got a little more than part exchanging but feel like part x would have been more straightforward!
