Just got my new 4 series, really easy service. Morgan was great

Helpful staff. Good knowledge

Morgan is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We enquired about a car we had seen on the website that we hadn’t seen when we visited their showroom the day before. Morgan sent us a video and pointed out the tiny flaws that they would sort out. We went to the garage that evening and purchased the car. Morgan kept us fully updated as to the service they had done for us and the tiny repairs that were done right through to collection 5 days later. Morgan is always smiling, happy and clearly takes pride in his job and ensuring customers are happy. He is an absolute credit to the company. We only dealt with Morgan however the other staff member who was in also treated us kindly as did the owner Nigel who made a point of coming in to speak to us. Would absolutely recommend this company and their staff.

My experience with motortrust was awful and I will not be recommending them to friends or family wanting to buy a car. I went to talk to Kork who was absolutely lovely about a Mercedes A-Class. He gave me all of the information and booked me in for a test drive the day after. During my chat with Kork, I was told that if I bought the car. it would include 1 year platinum warranty which was perfect.

When I went for my test drive, I met Morgan. Morgan came across skatty, unfriendly, and as if he just wanted me to leave. He notified me that there was an issue with a sensor that would be fixed if I decided to purcjase the car. He failed to mention that the parking break was broken, and didn't know much information about the car he was selling. He falsly told me that the car had an Auto hold feature, but after looking into it further, this information was incorrect. To make matters worse, he told me that no cars included the platinum warranty, and this was an extra I would have to pay for. When I said that his colleage told me otherwise, he said "He wouldn't say that", which I did not appreciate.
To summarise, the car was faulty and I wasn't made aware of this, and the vehicle was falsly advertised. I am a young woman and I do feel as though they took advantage of this by trying to sell me a car without the correct information, but I'm not stupid. I would never reccomend Motortrust to anyone, especially not Morgan who I have had an awful, and unprofessional experience with.

EDIT: I have now realised that Morgan didn't hand back my drivers licence after taking it in preparation for the test drive. He didn't even message/ring to let me know or apologise.

Very good experience purchasing car. Dealt with Ben who gave excellent customer service and was very prompt in dealing with any queries.
