Great service

Great service as always from MotorTrust. Ben went out of his way to help us get the right deal. Wouldn’t buy a car from anywhere else!

Bought a low mileage Tesla MY from Tom. We live in Scotland so the deal was done via Autotrader advert and phone. We traded in a fully dealer serviced Toyota CHR and were offered a fair px which we were happy with. We also paid extra to have the vehicle delivered, this was arranged and we paid the driver separately. The driver picked up our CHR and returned it to Motortrust.
It’s now four weeks later and we couldn’t be happier with the Tesla. It had 16000 miles on it and looks effectively new.
The whole deal was easy from start to finish. I realise that car dealers get mixed reviews but for us Motortrust were first class.

If I could give 0 stars I would, sold me a unchecked car I’m still over £1500 out of pocket, took ages to sort out total scammers please don’t use them, car had already been returned with problems then put back up for sale the day after it was returned, just crazy they think this is ok to do this

Came down from Glasgow to collect car after speaking with Mark all week. All was made very easy and treated like part of the family from everyone at the garage. Car was in exact condition i was told. Couldn’t recommend more!

Bought a Mercedes from this garage. Straight forward process from the start, booked a test drive. Communicated with Joe one of the staff members. Very good communication from the very start and supportive throughout.

Have just bought a car through Morgan and he has been brilliant all the way through the process. From the first contact by text he has kept me updated all the time and has sent videos and photos of the car without me having to ask, I would definitely buy a car from him again. After having a really bad experience with a garage last year with the worst customer service I have ever experienced this time has been the complete opposite.

Bought my Mercedes Amg A45 from Motor trust and what a car it is,I'm absolutely made up with it. Would like to say a special thanks to Morgan who dealt with the deal,Morgan was very friendly and helpful and not one bit pushy,he made sure any problems I had with car was taken care of,wheels,aircon,bodywork etc etc nothing was a problem or negotiated against,Morgan dealt with the tax transfer,the money,the warranty everything, was a breath of fresh air,so once again a big thanks to Morgan and motortrust for everything they did,the car is amazing 👏
